I was in the drive through, it was barely moving. When i was ordering the screen went BLACK and nobody would speak to me anymore!!! i called and pulled up and the man on the phone said that we would figure it out when i got to the window, & when i got there, i learned my order didn’t exist and they can’t take orders at the window??? i was told to leave because they are closed now… after waiting in the line for a hole HOUR! This is majorly disappointing! the workers were disgusting and just told me to leave and locked the window!

I am a fan of the food a BK, but my last visit was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a quick serve restaurant. To start, they were out if unsweetened tea, which was only a sign of how poorly things were about to go. I ordered a double cheeseburger kids meal, a whopper with cheese, an impossible whopper, two original chickens with cheese, some fries and a 10 piece nugget. Upon pulling up to the window, the staff in the back was literally screaming at the people up front about how they didn’t have enough meat for the double cheeseburger. The window girl decided to come ask if I would just take a single in an attempt to solve the issue. Not excited to short my son on what he wanted, I agreed and was offered a cookie. After we got home with our food, I opened my whopper because it just didn’t quite seem right. To my dismay, it was actually two double cheeseburger patties with one ripped in half around the other. Then, moving onto the original chicken sandwiches, both were missing the cheese I had paid for. I chose to call and ask for a resolution, which I luckily received, but the manager on duty was completely apathetic and did not off any apologies or resolutions, I had to ask for them; she actually didn’t respond at all and just sat there quietly. The only redeeming part of this was going back for my resolution, but even then I could hear the employees in the back complaining about me. Hopefully they can make some improvements because I would like to still support this location and enjoy more BK in the future.

I got into the drive thru line and it took me 33 minutes to get my order. When I got to the speaker to place my order, I waited 9 minutes. Then it took 7 minutes to get my food. I got an apology that they were short staffed, but did not post that service would be delayed or offer any compensation.

I would expect fast food to be fast. It took me 28min from entering the line to getting my order (texted my gf timestamps). Since the drive thru is constructed the way it is I was stuck an d could not leave. The gentleman who took my order and delivered was courteous and great. It seemed there was only him and one “cook” at 545p on a Sunday evening. Too bad considering they are advertising something around $18/hr, where is the manager? The food was as expected and great. I feel bad for the staff; poorly run as I see it.

My family and I had a horrible experience. We went thru the drive thru at 1030 and was told that we had to Order online and then waited for our food for almost 2 hours and then they forgot some of our order and made us wait another 30 minutes and were very rude and unprofessional the whole time. The food was cold and not very good.

So pleased with our visit today, first time in a long time, our order was completely right, food was hot, beverage cold, napkins and straw in the bag.
