Absolutely hate this place! I return every few months in hopes of it getting better. 2 years later and it seems even worse.frequently Incorrect orders,cold fries,watered down soda,old chicken,wrong burgers. Went again last night and got 2 bacon double melts for $11.98 and the bread wasn’t even toasted!!! IT’S A MELT !!!!! I asked for a receipt and she said it was in the bag. 3 times. Guess what NO Receipt!!!!¡ Lazy staff that stands at back door and smokes while the smoke goes in customers windows while trying to order!! This place is an absolute disgrace. Don’t count on fresh warm food and definitely don’t expect service with a smile!!! Coos bay has 1 good BK this one needs to be torn down and an In and Out put in!!!! *CUSTOMER BE WARNED*

The young person at the window 1st was not welcoming. Then got orange drink not ice tea. Sent it back. Ask for sugar free ice tea. Got sweet tea. Still not friendly or caring. Then got the meal..If I was still at window would have sent back. The hamburger was room temp warm. The fries were the same. I like my burger to be at least med hot so I feel like it saw a stove recently. So was not a happy camper.

Food was less than good, the staff looked as if it were their first day on the job….all of them!! Next night 20min.before closing was told they cancelled my order due to they had nothing to make my meal with.. really guys come on..won’t be back!!

We ordered 2 hamburgers in the drive through. When my son was getting ready to take his first bite he pulled a hair out of his. Once we got to where we were going I opened my wrapper and there was a hair sticking out from mine! So I proceeded to call and told the guy who answered the phone what happened and immediately he replied “we don’t have anyone here working with that color of hair. Everyone has light color hairr.” He was very rude! We spent $18 for only 2 hamburgers! We could of went to a good casual sit down restaurant and ordered 2 meals to go for a few dollars more and wouldhave been almost as fast.Which I will do next time. The rude attitude and hair in both of our burgers I will never go back and highly recommend going to one of the other 3 fast food places located with in just a few blocks.

This is quite possibly the most disappointing BK I have ever frequented. After writing this review I do not intend to return. The food is consistently cold, lazily thrown together on a regular basis, and their cashiers cannot follow any semblance of direction, much less deliver those directions to the kitchen. We are always served the incorrect soda, and most of the time what we get is mostly water. I’m sorry if you’ve gotten as far as the reviews here and you’re still considering eating there.
