Cleanliness is sketchy. Alot of flies because of all the traffic in and out the store. They need one of those industrial air vents that blows down the doorway that keeps flies from coming in the door.

My mother and I went to get food here today (4-22-22). We both requested a protein bowl and both workers had no idea what that was. We pointed to it on their menu and they acted like we were making it up. My mother and I had to basically explain to both workers how to make a protein bowl. They said they hadn’t “really be trained”. They were rude and didn’t even give us enough to fill up a bowl. It was absolutely ridiculous.

The service is always good and the people working there are more than helpful. The owner leaves a lot to be desired as far as the policies that are put in place for military or law enforcement personnel. Speaking for myself I am considered both law enforcement and military and used to receive a 10% discount. The owner made sure that doesn’t happen anymore. To me that says they don’t support their local law enforcement, first responders, firefighters, and military. But that’s just my opinion. Enjoy!

Consistently encounter rude and unprofessional employees at this location. Sandwiches pre-ordered are almost always incorrect, have had employees tell us they are out of ingredients then admit they actually didnt “feel like making it” when challenged. Tonight I tried to pre-order, was told they were too busy to do so, then when we got there – 30minutes before closing time – we were told they had already closed out the register so we couldn’t order. Wish anyone else stayed open late for shift workers at the steel mill and we would never eat at this subway again.

2 foot longs for $5 each has to be ordered online now. Although I had 3 bars on my phone I was unable to connect to the internet. Hmmmm. Many dead bugs seen on glass and edge of ordering counter. Food was all covered to keep bug free. Employees wore masks and gloves.
