Went there for lunch today for the first time in years. Ordered #6 and a chocolate chip cookie. They were out of cookies but she did offer a sundae instead. The fries were hot and good. The chicken classic was not fresh or crispy. I would give the sandwich a 2 out of 5, the fries 5 out of 5 and the service was fine. The coke was good. I paid with cash $10.38 I think but didn’t receive a receipt so I’m not entirely sure. Guy started closing the window while I was asking for ketchup. He then quickly handed me two packets and then closed the window abruptly. I have to admit, I was hoping for a crispy chicken sandwich and always appreciate a receipt but it’s no big deal, it’s not gonna ruin my day. Unless I get sick and can’t prove I purchased it lol

I pulled up to the order board I ask for a specific thing they told me it was no longer available. I proceeded to order what I wanted when I got up to the window and they asked me for more money because they forgot to add the cheese. The lady was super rude when I got back with my food my food was cold. The lady at the window was not very inviting and nice. Do better Burger King!!

Terrible. Buns were very old and stale, dry. Meat was cold. Cheese not melted. We waited for service, too. The guy at the window so soft spoken, couldn’t hear him. Absolutely awful. 0/10. We won’t be back. Staff was rude to each other while we waited…. bad experience over all.

I attempted to order a small Whopper junior meal at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 20th. This viciously unprofessional woman misunderstood my order and chose to tell me…” I refuse to help you. Go on to McDonalds or somewhere else.” Not once in my life have I ever tried to get another person fired, but this horribly rude person deserves to lose her job on the spot. I am a certified professional chef and, believe me, I will take this nasty, mean-spirited person up on her offer. I will happily spend my money elsewhere.
