I had issue with this burger king before stopped going for about years and half. New people or the the person that was the problem left lot better now. My son got there crabby patty loved it . And lady usually at driving throw was great the guy lite rude but may have been having bad day just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. But we all have those days. Little short with me my son alergic to stuff had to ask questions before ordering the new hamburger he seemed put out. But over all not bad experience.

Just thought you should know. I went to my local Burger King at 881 s first st in Coos Bay and ordered a medium fries at the drive through window. When i got to the window where you pay, i witnessed the young man sneeze into my french fry bag. I paid for my frys thinking about what had just happenend and ended up back at the same drive through window. I was thinking of getting a new order of frys but decided not to. What if this young man is sick??
Anyway, i confronted him at the window and he denied sneezing into my food. At that time, i told him i would be contacting corporate about this. They told me its a franchise problem and that franchise would be contacted . Its been two weeks and i havent heard from them.
My next step will be to oversees public health.
I am only out the $3.79 for the fries but also the doubt in my mind as to the health of the young man at the drive through window.
As for me and Burger King, if that is all they care about their customers, i wont ever shop their again

Food is served cold. Buns are stale. Had them remake and while the onion rings come out hot, they are flavorless and overly bready. The second whopper junior came out the same with a stale cold bun. For the ridiculously high prices, the size and execution of the food is despicable. Just nasty. I rarely eat this garbage food but it sure has changed since years ago. And we’re the heck did the flame broiled taste go!?!

Even though bk mgr is very nice, apologitic and sincere about being out of something or other, there still is the wait for another thing needing to be fixed, ordered or repurchased. I drive in from 45 miles away and all of this has affected my orders in way another since moving away…a year ago in January. Is it (just) me? Should I try somewhere else? Suggestions?

Absolutely hate this place! I return every few months in hopes of it getting better. 2 years later and it seems even worse.frequently Incorrect orders,cold fries,watered down soda,old chicken,wrong burgers. Went again last night and got 2 bacon double melts for $11.98 and the bread wasn’t even toasted!!! IT’S A MELT !!!!! I asked for a receipt and she said it was in the bag. 3 times. Guess what NO Receipt!!!!¡ Lazy staff that stands at back door and smokes while the smoke goes in customers windows while trying to order!! This place is an absolute disgrace. Don’t count on fresh warm food and definitely don’t expect service with a smile!!! Coos bay has 1 good BK this one needs to be torn down and an In and Out put in!!!! *CUSTOMER BE WARNED*

We ordered 2 hamburgers in the drive through. When my son was getting ready to take his first bite he pulled a hair out of his. Once we got to where we were going I opened my wrapper and there was a hair sticking out from mine! So I proceeded to call and told the guy who answered the phone what happened and immediately he replied “we don’t have anyone here working with that color of hair. Everyone has light color hairr.” He was very rude! We spent $18 for only 2 hamburgers! We could of went to a good casual sit down restaurant and ordered 2 meals to go for a few dollars more and wouldhave been almost as fast.Which I will do next time. The rude attitude and hair in both of our burgers I will never go back and highly recommend going to one of the other 3 fast food places located with in just a few blocks.
Update: one more try to give the benefit of the doubt ordered 1 whopper with extra pickels and a double whopper with no tomato. We got the order The whopper had NO pickels and the double whopper HAD tomatoes and extra pickels! It was not busy at all only 2 cars in the parking lot and no cars in the drive through. There is no excuse for this. I will never go back I will drive to Noth bend if I want burger king.
