Terrible service if you do dine in. Waited over 20 minutes just to find out the food was ready and in the warmer. Told the person and they took an additional 10 minutes. Food was wrong, had to go back up and get the correct food, that took even more time. Drive thru looked fast since they helped multiple cars while we waited for two combos. People in the back were just chatting and barely working the front. When bringing it up, the people did not show any care. Never will go to this one again which is a shame seeing how new it is.

Unacceptable service! Lobby was just filthy. Three cashiers sanding around doing nothing. After a few minutes one of them comes by “What do you want”. While placing my order my cashier is talking to other workers “i don’t care, I’m taking my lunch” and back and forth. Asked her what size do meals come with the price on the menu but of course she wasn’t paying attention to me so i had to repeat my self and raise my tone a bit to get her attention. We had to look for a table that wasn’t with ketchup, mayo etc. We had to clean our own table so we could sit. They witnessed us doing this. Finally the order was called. Here are the same three workers still chatting. Crispy chicken sandwich was dry, fries cold and saggy. This place is near by and usually on my way to work, stores etc. Very disappointed. I know that i can get the same food for the same price els where and unfortunately we’re going to take that other choice. In my opinion management failed to mange this store not the employees. It was obvious that lack of training of basic costumer service skills were not taught.

Worst food ever.. building looks good, food is disgusting. My chicken sandwich was so rubbery and not cooked right, I had one bite and that’s about it. Fries were eh, no flavor super soft not crisp at all. Don’t eat here.

My order was taken quickly by Jessica, she was very friendly and welcoming. Very happy experience here, food was cooked perfect and presented with a smile. Glad I did Not listen to the other reviews and go somewhere else. I am in the area for work for a few weeks and will be back!

Frustrating that the only Burger King in my area makes my food wrong nearly every time. I ask for no pickle extra cheese and they have no issue not putting on the pickles but the cheese I pay for by the slice is NEVER put on the burger and if I say something about it they act like I’m just totally out of line (I’m always polite but it’s frustrating)
