Went thru three drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken wrap, 2 whopper meals, two whopper Jr’s and a large fry. Got to the window and paid. When looking at my receipt, I realized that they didn’t charge me for the large fry. I asked the nice young girl in the window if she could charge me for the fry they missed initially when I ordered. The young lady looked at me nervously and said that her manager wouldn’t let her and she asked if I would ask her myself. I complied and asked the manager if I could be charged for the fry I had ordered that they failed to input. She said I needed to drive around and order again. I had to encourage her to fulfill my request and apologized to the poor girl that had to deal with that manager and her poor management skills. The manager told me that there was no way she could charge me which is ridiculous because it’s 2023 and point of sale systems are capable of bumping up orders. She gave me the fry anyways which is what she should have just done to get the drive thru moving anyways. I got home and realized that my chicken wrap was missing. I worked in food service for 16 years and there is no excuse for the performance of the manager, shame on you! And to that sweet girl caught in the middle, you did great, honey. Keep up the good work!

Awful drive thru. No other customers. Guy couldn’t focus for two stinking minutes to correctly take my order. I drove off. They never finished my order so I was well within my rights to do so. So why did they yell profanities at my car when I left?

If the rest of the recent negative reviews didn’t give you guys a hint, let me reassure you- Drive thru worker needs replaced or restrained. I’ve worked in the food industry for over a decade and am always understanding and kind regardless of the service. This lady was argumentative, rude, and very obviously overwhelmed on a slow Sunday morning. Glad that I don’t live in the area and won’t make the mistake of visiting again. She probably won’t last long anyways.

Burger King 82nd Ave Clackamas. Mngr is very loud and you can hear him yelling at the staff sometimes. Not appropriate at all. There is a worker there named Christina that’s keeping the peace(not her job) but she a rock star with customer service so we keep going for her and the Impossible Burger!

Ordered a Double Whopper through the app. They repeated the order at the box. When I got home, the extra mayo and onions were included but one patty was missing. They knew the sandwich they were making but they stole a patty I paid for.

Yuck. I bought 4 meals for my family. The fries were thrown away bc they were cold, brown and tasted as if they sat there for hours. The finger fries were dry as if they sat on a shelf for his and overcooked. And to to it off, the whopper burgers were chopped up. So far, this location and 9400 on 82nd have poor quality as if toddlers are running them and have no clue what to do

Don’t order food from this location, you may have to take yourself or a family member to the hospital. I was annoyed when I was charged for a deluxe chicken sandwich and got a regular one, and when I saw the fries were old and cold, but the reason I’m posting today is because the chicken I was eating was raw in the middle!
