For the most part, this location is pretty good. The reason I am giving it such a low review is that it seems to be stuck in the past. For whatever reason, mobile ordering is not available. In 2023. I can understand 20, 10, maybe even 5 years ago, not having mobile ordering available. But we are almost 20 years past the first iPhone, and smart devices becoming the rule as opposed to the exception. And just 1 year shy of a decade from when mobile ordering started to take off.

So today’s experience at Burger King is . For a 1 whopper cost $10.00 , their big fish sandwich cost $10.00 and their pcs. of chicken fries cost $ 7.49 whoooo! My kids asked for a water refill and the lady said no…I think we deserve a free water refill after spending $$.

They totally messed up our order and gave us an attitude when we requested what we ordered. We couldn’t eat our food after that because it was obvious these employees have a system or code for people who complain. It was crazy obvious! The manager witnessed everything and should be fired. Worst service in Lahaina. Employees very rude asked for a couple extra napkins. Since all the tables were not wiped off she told me to take towels she had instead of giving me napkins! Food was very cold restaurants. Not up to covid standards!!

Fortunately the Whoppers tasted good. Girl taking the drive thru order was very difficult. I asked for a #1 meal and she asked what kind of drink. I said Dr. Pepper, but I want cheese on the burger but no onion. She asked what size for the drink. I said medium and she replied small, medium or large? I said medium. She repeated a #1 with cheese and medium Dr. Pepper. I said no onions, She confirmed.

The lady who took my order at the drive thru was difficult to understand and wouldn’t speak up then I try and order the 2 for 17 which I didn’t know was only between 4 sandwiches(2 which were out) and only told me after I tried to order I couldn’t get them without me having to pry out of her what I could order. Finally I just ordered the big kings which were trash compared to what I wanted which was a whopper.

Landed in OGG late at night, took the hotel shuttle to Maui seaside. Everything closes by 9pm in this area. With no car walked to this Burger King location. They were open for drive-thru only but the manager was absolutely fantastic for making an exception and letting me order. Mahalo!
