Waited at the speaker box about 5 minutes, pulled forward to the first window after no one answered and waited again. Finally pulled up to the last window (10ish minutes) just to be told very rudely “yeah we were busy so you have to go around and order at the box”. Fries are usually cold and undercooked. Sandwiches are sloppy. Unfortunately multiple times I ask for my food without certain things and consistently they don’t follow the request. It’s unfortunate. Hoping things get better. Location is close and convenient.

Wow! Went there January 3, 2023 about 2:30 pm for the first time. I always get a #5 jr whopper and my husband gets a #1whopper. We parked and opened up the order and were pleasantly surprised to see how neatly the hamburgers were wrapped and the lettuce was placed and I might add the generous amount of lettuce. The buns were fresh and the fries as well. For years we have been regular at the other two locations and many times disappointed. The other two locations would do well to take note of the management and kindly staff at this location on Bogue Rd.

Go to a different Burger King. This place is running 4 out of 5 for missing food on my 5 visits. Their icees are undrinkable. Don’t understand why they make you park after going through the drive thru, even when there’s nobody else in the drive thru.

The last 2 times I ate here my fries have been cold and not cooked all the way but they just opened up and are really busy with minum workers I would say wait till they are up and running more and they should improve other than that food was good and customer service is excellent

Drive thru messed up first order, next time I went inside and there was a manager working, she shorted me and chicken sandwiches were hardly warm, local health department needs to do a visit.
