All those who visit Moses lake, this is a must stop for mexican food. I got the mar y tierra burrito and OMG! The best burrito I’ve had. The food was delicious. The staff is so kind and welcoming.

The food is so good! I always get the kids meals and they are the perfect amount! Never have to wait long for my food either! The chips and guacamole are amazing too.

Th food wasn’t bad and I’d say pricing was pretty fair for food specifically, but the order wasn’t understood (daughter ordered rice and beans with no cheese and received a side of fries, partner ordered carne asada and she received the wrong kind of tortillas).

The sodas were $5 each which is what I’d expect for fresh jugo or agua frescas, not fountain sodas or iced tea that nobody asked us for refills on.

They also charged a $4 fee on a $70 order (including the extra fries we don’t originally want) for not paying with cash.

I go the Tierra y Mar burrito and liked it, but it was a lot of rice and not a lot of meat. Love the cutting board presentation of the dish but it cut down on room for fries or dipping sauce, its main side.

We just walked away feeling a little bit ripped off.

Will probably stop again some day and give another chance. We’ll come with cash and drink water, though.

We’ve always looked forward to Tacos El Rey on our trips passing through Moses Lake. Our stop on December 4th 2025 was truly the worst Mexican food of my entire life. Salsa which was always very good, taste like watered down tomato sauce. The tongue tacos were bland, sauces were bland. Not sure if the place was sold or if the person with the secret recipes left, but we aren’t stopping here again. Too bad.

Most everything was very good! Love their authentic Taco’s. They come plain but you can get cheese on them. The Salsa has good flavor but it’s kinda thin. Service is excellent. The tortillas are fresh made in house! The Nachos are really good and have plenty on them. Would prefer they used regular cheese, not “Nacho Cheese”. That & the thinness of the Salsa are the only reason they didn’t get a 5.

My daughter ordered nachos with no jalapeños, no sour cream and beans on the side. The first time this was brought out it had sour cream covering the entire top of the plate. When plate pictures was our “second try” after a waitress came up and asked how it should be. It’s missing tomatoes, green onion, guacamole. We then found a hair in her food. My street tacos tasted completely flavorless, my son’s giant burrito tasted “off” as well. The only plate that was even “ok” and eatable was my husbands and once we found the hair we all stopped eating.

We left over $40 worth of food on the table. We were offered a $10gift card which is asinine as I will never return to this establishment again. Then that was converted to $10 off and removing the plate of nachos with hair in it off the bill.

This restaurant experience regarding service left something to be desired as well but after the explanation of our dinner I feel like it’s really pointless to even mention our terrible service experience in detail.

Go to el rodeo. Great service, great food, great dining experience over all. Avoid this place.

I have no words…we are visiting from out of town. I haven’t had “good” Mexican food in a long time and let me tell you, this was amazing. My husband and I both got the same thing because Barbacoa tacos are our favorite. Hands down these were the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had.

This is a review for their taco truck in-front of the Uhaul across the street and down a bit, but it’s AMAZING!!!

Tacos alambre with carnitas
(which is only served at the truck, not in restaurant)

Best tacos of my life, I mean EVER. I drive all the way from Seattle for these!
