I recently dined at this hibachi restaurant and, unfortunately, left quite disappointed. The steak I ordered medium-rare arrived nearly blue-rare, rendering it essentially raw and unsafe to eat. To make matters worse, the cut was composed largely of fat, with very little actual meat. The miso soup, which I had hoped would redeem the meal, was bland and lacked the rich, savory flavor one would expect. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations and did not reflect the quality I anticipated.

I came in to get a Super Dragon Roll. Initially, there was a miscommunication with the order, and the sushi chef and the manager worked so graciously to make it better for me. I came back to the restaurant so that that they could fix my order and it was right before closing. All the customers were gone and they cleaned everything and the staff was waiting to go. They chef remade my order and I am so grateful for him. He did not complain and remained positive. Thank you to the incredible staff here and the chef and manager for going above and beyond to see a customer happy. These are truly good, kind-hearted people and you will be treated with care and respect. He was so gracious to give me some water with lemon while I waited for my order. Thank you everyone I have nothing but the upmost respect and appreciation for what you all did for me!! I love you and thank you for your patience with me 🙂

It was packed for a Thursday evening but we were still seated quickly and service was outstanding. Our food came out fast and the waitress was very attentive even though she had a lot of tables to wait on. We sat at a table because the grills were packed but my family still enjoyed the environment and especially the food. We will definitely be back!!

This has always been a favorite of mine for years…but now, No, just No. The food was good quality, but literally no seasoning. Cooking experience was mediocre. The most disturbing issue was that we had just sat down (we were a white couple), and an African-American family of seven were seated with us and given menus when a manager came over and told the waitress to re-seat them because we had been waiting? We had just got our soup and salad, we had not been waiting, I’ve sat there and waited 20 minutes at the table for it to fill up. We told them no, do not get up, you’re fine. The father asked if they served wine after they had ordered and was told no – I got up and got a menu and gave it to him, telling him they did in fact serve wine (it was their anniversary). He got their wine. This was a ridiculous experience and we will not be back.

Thus was a very nice place my child brought me for her Mothers day gift to me. The chef was really nice and watching him prepare our food was almost spellbinding! They have great showmanship and can read the food! Our server was very nice as well.

Almost always go for birthdays with the family and they never disappoint. They are a bit more on the expensive side, but the service is always good. The chefs always have jokes and it’s very entertaining.

My daughter and I arrived around 6:00 on a Friday night and we were seated at the Hibachi grill immediately. The service was great and we received our drinks and sushi roll very quickly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. She brought out a thin miso broth soup and a crispy iceberg lettuce salad with a ginger dressing in a progressive manner. The chef arrived shortly after we ordered and began to make the fried rice. He confirmed everyone’s orders and began having fun. My daughter had steak and scallops that he seared and cooked perfectly. I ordered fillet, lobster, and shrimp. Very delicious! They cooked with an herbed butter that makes everything melt in your mouth. It’s fun eating right from the grill. My daughter and I also caught a few pieces of chicken that the chefs always want to toss into your mouth. He wasn’t at all pushy about that and it’s part of the fun!

A nice interactive place to eat. The food is good and everybody takes home leftovers due to the amount of food you are served. Nice sushi menu and combo meals offered. Great place for a special occasion celebration. The chefs are talented in their prep and presentation.

We went tonight for my birthday. It was my first time even though I know it has been here for a long time. my mother told me KOBE was really good and I have eaten at other hibachi style restaurants. So, I decided to give it a try and meet some friends. We had a blast. The food was great and Herbert was awesome. I can’t wait to go again.
