Didn’t have soft serve this night.. Fries were fresh because I requested hot fries but the 8 piece mozzarella sticks was trash tasted like they threw some old ones back in the fryer. Waste of money. They should take them off the menu if that’s how they normally taste at all BKs. Burgers weren’t even warm at all. Only decent thing was the fries.

The most horrible customer service I’ve ever received. Maybe it was in the middle of when the whole BLM started that made lots of people despise lighter skin. Racist Employees, spilled my drink and put ice in drink when I said NO ICE. She took it out and didn’t even refill it. I was trying to be my nicest. I asked if I could add something onto my order but she said no even when she could have because there was nobody behind us in line. I saw hatred in her eyes and she didn’t even apologize for spilling my drink. Avoid This Place!

When we opened our food my daughters cheese burger was nasty. The top of the bread was burnt or i don’t know what that is. My chicken fries weren’t even hot and they forgot to put a straw for my kids drink. They weren’t even busy, so how do you even mess up on something like that. Honestly NEVER going back to that place. I say don’t waste your money. Go to jack in the box if you wanna waste your money. At least your food will be hot.

Avoid this place. Had lunch here couple of days ago, told them our order, they repeated it on the speaker and had asked for incorrect total. After correcting them and opening my 13 dollar meal saw a burger that was 2/3 oversized buns with scrapes of lettuce/pickles/ketchup+mustered diarrhea’d onto the top bun. After finishing it I felt nauseous for about 30 minutes and every burp I could smell the burger meat lingering hours after.

I ordered a Whopper Jr meal with onion rings and I literally couldn’t even eat one single onion ring bc they were so old and stale and burnt. I could barely even break them in half with my hands let alone bite one of them. Absolutely disgusting. I would never try to serve someone something like that especially when they are paying money for it!

I was craving for some original chicken sandwich.. so stop there yesterday night after work, but looks like either they’re out or the employees just lazy.. mostly all the cars that went to drive through was told that there isn’t any left.. so I just decided to get some whoppers. When I got to the window.. the Asian lady there was just standing there touching her phone only… I was like uhhh okay. Then like a minute later she pulls the bag of burgers right there in the corner.. the burgers were all cold.. looks like it’s been sitting a while. Very bad service through drive through. Looks like the Asian lady doesn’t like her job cause she almost forgot to give me my change.
