Drive Thru times are very slow, orders are very rarely correct if you make any changes, and sometimes standard options like cheese or condiments are forgotten entirely. Also frequently out of promotional/less ordered menu items. Upside is you nearly always get the correct amout of items you ordered, just not the way you ordered them and indoor service is a normal speed.

They really need to speed up the drive thru it’s faster to go into the store and get your food than waiting in the line they they forever with they always say be right with you like what’s so important that you can’t take cash and order at the same time I only say this because I did it and there’s no reason to have a line take forever there will be 3 cars and it takes 5 minutes for them to finally take order and then when the next person come up it’s another wait and it’s just so stupid that they do this all the time

I just had the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The manager and employees stood there and talked loudly ignoring customers when the employee finally took my order, she didn’t get my order of fries. I had ordered two drinks after paying for it I asked the manager if I could have some ice from behind the counter because there was a sign on the soda machine out in the main lobby no ice she informed me there was only ice to keep the soda cold When I went to the machine it dispensed hot soda so I came back and asked her for a refund because I hadn’t got my fries yet either and they were still continuing to just socialize arguing about a drive-through order of a forgotten Hershey pie rather than just giving that person their pie I’ll ask the manager for a refund because I didn’t want hot soda. She refused told me I would have to call her bank. She had no idea how to give refunds and walked away. This used to be a very nice Burger King. Sad to see it had gone so downhill. I understand why it’s so empty now .

Hey man, it’s Burger King. Have reasonable expectations. I’m local and this location has always been solid. I have yet to get the wrong order in the drive thru, as opposed to it’s sister location in Castroville, which has a 90% rate of mistakes. Drive the extra ten minutes and get it your way right away.

I’ve always loved BK but things are going down hill. This staff doesn’t care about the food quality (or apperance) when delivered. Its all about metrics and money. Drive-thru is a pain to use and you ususally have to wait for the order taker longer than the food takes to make. Only reason I’ve given a 3rd star rating is the food isnt greasy sliders like @ McD or Carls.

This burger king makes you wait like 3-5 minutes before they take your order. Then when they take your order and you get to the window there’s More than enough workers there that could and should be focusing on quality, speed of service and outstanding customer service . I know BK and all other fast food restaurants hire high school kids. But dam! That morning was horrible. Waited to order coffee because register girl couldn’t count customer’s change back .42 cents to be exact ♀️ and customer was not help! Then when they took my order they tell me that they ran out of coffee so they would have to make a new pott. omg! Got my coffee didn’t get my creamer and when I got creamer I carried my coffee over to the fountain counter and the lid popped opened and dropped coffee on the floor. seriously ! I left ( i did tell the person behind the counter though, but didn’t seem to care) I’m out!
