I was the only one in line and the service was lacking bad. I opted to get french fries instead of hash browns for the breakfast and they were cold. The coffee is mediocre at best but hey what can you expect from a fast food place even though McDonald’s taste pretty legit, and I ended up getting the French toast sticks for my daughter 3 year old instead I ended up using them as biscotti for my coffee since they were hard as hell. There is such a thing as over frying some stuff, what can you expect when individuals tend to rush and not pay attention to things even though I was literally the only customer there at the time. I know this location is new to this town but they really got to step the game up or their customer base is going to continue to be sup are keeping them in the black or red however you want to call it when a company stays in the negative because they can meet their expenses versus profits on the daily basis.

It’s Burger King. It does what it’s expected to do. The food is Burger King. The service is always super nice and fast. I’ve only been through drive thru. My son loves the French fries. When I got coffee, it was good and they gave me enough cream and sugar, unlike some other BKs. Thanks

I am not sure how this place even functions. They have no idea what’s going on. They have no bacon and won’t refund difference of bacon off price of combo. When I ask for ranch they have no ranch dressing. This place needs management to come and have a chat with them. When I order jalapeño poppers you get ranch. No ranch dressing I ask for a refund. They don’t want to give it and want the whole meal back. This place is a joke and should be closed.

The manager told me she is not making my online order because she already turned everything off. Be careful with your online order at this location! This burger king is special and apparently is like a 9 to 5 job (if open at all).

I was not too pleased. First of all I ordered onion rings and they were not in the bag with everything else. So I went back through the drive through (which was a very long wait) meanwhile the gal had a plastic box hanging out the window appoliging that it had been a long day. My onion rings were undercooked and cold. I love the onion rings, and these were the worst yet to date.

They can never seem to get an order right. They always forget your order of fries or something in general. My burgers are always assembled all crazy never been given a whopper that looks like its advertisement. But that is not the problem its that I they always forget to give me my complete order without having to go back and ask or tell them!!!!
