I personally haven’t had Burger King for about 10 years. I went here in Orange Cove and it was great 🙂 actually went a few times this last month. Great staff that say good morning/ day once they see you and ready to take your order and get you going about your day ASAP. The breakfast sandwiches are hot, enjoyable, and fresh! Very good! Same with the burger I had for lunch, different staff that time, but just as polite and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning there when I’m in the mood for a good hot breakfast sandwich or even a fast lunch burger 🙂

I was the only one in line and the service was lacking bad. I opted to get french fries instead of hash browns for the breakfast and they were cold. The coffee is mediocre at best but hey what can you expect from a fast food place even though McDonald’s taste pretty legit, and I ended up getting the French toast sticks for my daughter 3 year old instead I ended up using them as biscotti for my coffee since they were hard as hell. There is such a thing as over frying some stuff, what can you expect when individuals tend to rush and not pay attention to things even though I was literally the only customer there at the time. I know this location is new to this town but they really got to step the game up or their customer base is going to continue to be sup are keeping them in the black or red however you want to call it when a company stays in the negative because they can meet their expenses versus profits on the daily basis.

This morning I went to order breakfast standing alone at the counter for 5 minutes not being attended. I order a breakfast biscuit sandwich & was told, no biscuits. I ordered something else & asked for napkins. Guess what, no napkins. I was given dollar tree napkins. Now I know why come here once a year. Very poor service.

I am not sure how this place even functions. They have no idea what’s going on. They have no bacon and won’t refund difference of bacon off price of combo. When I ask for ranch they have no ranch dressing. This place needs management to come and have a chat with them. When I order jalapeño poppers you get ranch. No ranch dressing I ask for a refund. They don’t want to give it and want the whole meal back. This place is a joke and should be closed.

It took them 25 minutes to prepare a croissant and when I went to complain, they couldn’t hear me because they had the music at full volume. I speak louder so they could hear me and they told me not to yell at them, what???? So what are you doing with the music at full volume? They got upset and told me they didn’t have anyone and that I had to wait. Finally the food is ready (after 25 minutes) and is not what we buy to eat! I mean! Without a doubt, the best service for fast food for a tourist!!!
