The customer service was HORRIBLE! The order was taken and prepared twice incorrectly. The counter person, who was also a manager, was incredibly RUDE. I was stunned. While I like Burger King, I am not likely to visit the Kerman location again. And I live in kerman.

The service was okay, i got to the window and nobody greeted me. There was a kid standing there and about a minute went by before he said my total. The lady that gave me my food was better. I got some stale jalapeño bites and one hard mozzarella stick in the mix. The ranch looked different like if they found a box in the back of storage from 10 yrs ago and pulled it out. I paid 1.09 just for the 4 ranch and it tasted so bad the burgers, drinks and fries were pretty good

This place seems to stay tidy. I’ve never been there and see trash on the table or the floor. I only ate the fries from here than they stopped changing the oil or it was just old. The 4 time, I give up. I went to jack. My whole family eats here 3 times a month. Always try the fries. SMH boo King boo. But the people are great, fast and friendly.

Me and my husband came and the young man on drive they was so very polite and friendly. We waited for our food. We didn’t notice the food taking long but he apologized for the wait and gifted us a free dessert. Best experience at Burger King by far!!
