It took 30 minutes to order and get the food (start to finish) with only one order ahead of us. They got my daughter’s order wrong. Same visit went to order one ice cream and one iced coffee, it took 14 minute’s to get them.
Visited 11/8/25 at 7am and it was closed. All lights were off and no one inside. No vehicles in the parking lot either. Maybe they open after 7am on Saturdays

The service was okay, i got to the window and nobody greeted me. There was a kid standing there and about a minute went by before he said my total. The lady that gave me my food was better. I got some stale jalapeño bites and one hard mozzarella stick in the mix. The ranch looked different like if they found a box in the back of storage from 10 yrs ago and pulled it out. I paid 1.09 just for the 4 ranch and it tasted so bad the burgers, drinks and fries were pretty good

We went through the drive thru and the lady that took our order was rude, the guy in there seemed pretty nice we ordered an impossible whopper and my wife ordered hers with extra ketchup, when we got home and opened it up her burger was covered in ketchup and it spilt out of the burger causing a big mess on the wrapper and her hands it seriously looked like somone took a ketchup bottle and squirted it all over her the wrapper. We normally never leave reviews let alone negative ones but this was just ridiculous

I asked for extra pickles and they didn’t even put one not to mention I ordered chicken fries and they were old and stale my bun was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it . They guy at the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional I think the manager should really think about getting a whole new crew

I would give it zero stars if I could. This location has consistently disappointed. One should never judge a location based on a single visit, but this one has ALWAYS taken wayyy too long to prep your food. Their drive-through is always backed up and they always forget something in the bag. I don’t know who owns or manages this location but they are in dire need of some re-structuring. If you’re in a hurry, skip this location, as you are sure to wait north of 30 minutes for just about anything you want to order. It just sucks, honestly.

Such a nasty place. Food is always gross. Once got a wadded up clump of hair in my burger. 10 years later, food is still just as horrible. The employees are nice sometimes though.
