My kids love Burger King however the location in Tehachapi sure need some help. The drive-thru is always so dark and you can never hear the person on the speaker. Once you get up to the window we are usually greeted however the issue I have is the same person that comes to the window is the same person the same gloves that were sweeping the floor prior to you coming to the window to take our money for our food. There’s several employees that need to learn not to touch money and the greet the customer and then use the same gloves on to grab my food and put it in the bag in hand it to me it’s absolutely disgusting. It’s pretty bad when even my six-year-old noticed that they’re using the same gloves to put the food together in the after they touch the cash register as well as the window.

Went in there today. It was 30 degrees in Tehachapi and THERE was no heater on. Freezing inside! Other customers complaining besides myself about the cold temperatures inside the restaurant. I don’t blame the employees but greedy management. They want to save a buck at the expense of the customers’ comfort. Unacceptable.

We ordered and impossible burger and it was burnt completely black. How do you even justify serving this? Unfortunately returning wasn’t and option due to scheduling but I can’t leave something this bad unspoken. Hopefully it was just an off day.

The heater was off today when I went inside with my father. It was freezing inside the restaurant. The employees were wearing jackets in the back. I know it’s not the worker’s fault and it’s the corporation that controls the thermostat. But when I see elderly people coming into this Burger King, people with joint conditions like arthritis (such as myself), I just can’t help but be irked by the greed and frugality of Burger King, depriving customers from basic human rights, like warm air.

This was the best BEC croissant I have had in my entire life. From anywhere. Seriously. Perfectly cooked bacon and edges, and delicious buttery, flaky crust I almost don’t believe it was BK. The bag of food was so fresh and hot we had to wait to eat it. Amazing.

I placed a mobile order and paid through the app. Went through the drive thru and got my food. I did have to wait a few minutes but it was in a timely manner. There were no problems with the app and the employee was nice.
