We’ve eaten here 5 times in the past two years. They’ve gotten our order right twice. We don’t order anything crazy, just the regular “number whatever”. This was the second time they got our order right. Got home and my wife’s hamburger was completely raw in the middle. Like squishy wet meat. Idk who’s keeping Arby’s open. Probably the same people that frequent red lobster.

This place literally never give sauce no matter how many times you ask. You’d think when spending 50 dollars it wouldn’t be a problem. But after 10 times I’m finally reviewing. Y’all have the meats….and lack the sauce. And all I’ll get out of this is a link from Arby’s owner saying “sorry to hear that.”

Passing through town we stopped. They were closed. They closed 45 mins early. The posted signs were 10pm close. There we’re still people trying to order after us but the staff inside said they just wanted to go home.

Went to the drive though. Asked for a number 1 double with potato cakes and a medium drink. Was asked what I wanted for a side. Repeated that twice. Repeat that for my wife and kid. Had to go inside to get the kids food since it wasn’t included. Asked for no cheese on one meal. Had to return to the store and presented the receipt and was expected to pay for the replacement anyway. I didn’t. The kids there still bad mouthed me WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE.

They accidentally swapped one of my entrees for one I didn’t order, when I called to ask about it Dylan the GM was extremely professional and swift about creating a solution. This is absolutely my favorite Arby’s.

Stopped here to get some fries and cheese sticks. Fries were room temperature and both were very bitter. I don’t think they are changing the oil.

The guy who took our order was very pushy and rude, we were given the wrong food(most likely they just wanted to give us food they already had lying around), wrong size drinks and fries (charged for a large, was given mediums) and the fries taste like the frier hasn’t been cleaned in months. Save your money and avoid eating literal garbage.

The fries were really salty. I couldn’t eat them. It made me nauseous. I got the crinkle fries. My daughter got the curly fries, and she said they were cold and hard, but the mot sticks were good.
