Terrible service… when an order is wrong… the manager didn’t even prioritize or put a rush on correcting the mistake.. so not only did I waste my time in the drive thru for 10mins I spent another 20mins inside the store before the right order was brought to me… I will never return to this Burger King… Way to go management!! This is on u… Perhaps more training in customer service is needed… after I got my order I threw it in the garbage… just like the service… if u lead like garbage the food has to be garbage… I wish I could post 0 stars… just sayin

I ordered a family bundle and I not saying anything about the food but the service was not that good. I had to park and it took over 10 minutes to get my food and then when I finally got my food that asked did I was sauce of course I said no because I did not want to wait another 10 minutes to get that.

Slowest drive through I have ever been through. There were four cars in front of me on a Sunday afternoon, not exactly peak rush hour. It took me 30 minutes to get my food. I would have been faster buying that stuff from Walmart and cooking it myself. If I wasn’t stuck in the drive through line I would have left. It’s Burger King not gourmet food, should not take this long

The food was fine at this location. However, during my visit today, the manager on staff was very busy working with orders. The problem was that I was third in line at the walk in register and got stuck there for a long time because the cashier needed some kind of key from the manager to clear out an order or something, and she wasn’t getting the manager’s attention. Instead, she just looked over at the manager every once in a while without calling for her. The customer being served, the man behind him, and then me, third in line, had to stand there for literally five minutes while nothing was done by the cashier to really try to get the manager’s attention. After my order was prepared and given to me, I told that manager that she needed to keep a better eye out for her employees’ needs and to train her employees better on being assertive. She replied to me, “Okay.”
