Got there at 10:59 placed order at 10:49 not being a jerk just how the day worked out. She didn’t want to open the window said were closed I told her I have a pick up she said don’t place orders unless your going to be here be 10:50 were closed. She gave me my order cuz she seen the guy in the back already had it ready. But geesh not how it works just because you’re ready to get home doesn’t mean you’re fully closed. You close at 11!

Ordered a Whopper Jr meal. Asked for no tomato, onion or Mayo. Stated I wanted Lettuce, cheese, mustard, pickles. What I got was a lukewarm burger, cheese not melted, no mustard, no extra pickles, and about TWO TABLESPOONS of Mayo! There was litterly 3 tiny chopped pieces of lettuce on it. I also asked for a small onion ring–made fresh. I received “warm” onion rings instead. This was a terrible meal! Manager not ensuring quality or safe food temps as well as proper food prep. There was one young male “kid” preparing the orders. It’s time to retrain on proper food service. We have two Bk’s in our area and BOTH of them are unacceptable. Won’t be back.

I noticed food in the morning of 10/4/25 was probably cooked with dirty oil…plus they can’t remember something simple even though it was asked of them at least 3 times and they still got it wrong

The soda taste like Hanford water witch of compared too the burger king in Lacey it doesn’t taste normal . The cheese burger in the kids meal were very cold and the fries tasted old not crisp,hot or fresh. Usually don’t complain but come on now if compared to burger king on Lacey quality is not there! Came in and these people were working hard! A lady was about to be off her shift and saw people came in and she manned the register. These people are hard workers! Turn two style! The employees create a great work atmosphere. We waited for two minutes and the manager was very apologetic and helped us right away! Hot food 5 stars! Service 100, so 5 stars! Jams were blasting from speakers Tone Tone Tone…hot fries in the kids hands so it’s gotta be 5 stars! Thank you BK!
