First time trying the Ghost Pepper Chicken Nuggets. I am surprised! I thought it would be bad, but they are actually good. For me, they are not spicy. It still has good flavor. The cashier was very nice and quick. I would recommend trying the nuggets!

Waited through drive-through for about 10 minutes before they even took my order and when she finally took my order, she was rude about it the little short stubby girl and when I pulled up she gave me the price and I said, can you at least give me an upgrade on my soda which would be a medium and she straight out told me no I asked to speak to the manager oshe laugh and said no No, we’re not gonna give you an upgrade. Didn’t really care about the upgrade but it was more of the principle of having me wait through a drive-through and the little girl said it was because the car in front of you had a big order that’s not my problem learn how to customer service. When I asked for the franchise number, she didn’t even want to give it to me either they need new management in this place.

The food is great! The service is great! I will definitely recommend everyone this particular location… I watched how the manager, Dominic, interacted with his employees in a kind and respectful manner. I acknowledged his interaction and he said “Thank you. I have to take care of the chefs I have here. They’re the best in the business, I call them chefs because that is what they are.” Dominic was courteous and professional, he is what other managers should desire to be. Burger King has a valuable individual. Thank you Dominic for the great service and experience!

Rude customer service and to top it off the food was disgusting and not fresh at all. Immediately felt sick after eating once I saw the “mayonnaise” or whatever it was on my chicken sandwich that was all chunky and smelled like dirty feet. Will never eat here again!

Rosa the manager there is very rude and obnoxious no customer service or communication skills. She is also very rude and disrespectful to the young employees that work under her. I will be making a formal complaint with the franchise owner and hopefully they remove her from the job she claimed to not need, want or care about at all as she exclaimed in front of all the employees and customers in the restaurant.
