The worst customer service, went through drive through we were rushed to order. We could not understand what emp was saying. When we got home to eat we noticed #1 the order was incorrect. #2 the whopper had no lettuce or tomatos and the ketchup they used had a extreme acid taste. The French fries we tossed in the trash. They were so salty. No way to save them. I called to make my complaint. It was a waisted of time

My order was not too large but I was ordering for a family of 6. The service was horrible our fries were all cold, my burger was a promotional sourdough whopper that I received half cooked and it looked like someone to a bit out of my patty. I called to store only to find the number was disconnected. I called corporate who said someone would be in touch within 48hrs. No one ever called nor emailed. My daughter subsequently got sick the next day. Took her to the Dr. And they told me she had food poisoning but all she ate was the burger King we ordered because shortly after she complained of stomach pains and only wanted water. We will NEVER EVER eat here again

I went there to get my son a whopper. So I ordered a #1 large with a coke and extra large fries on the side. We go to the window and pay for our order. I’m waiting patiently while enjoying some conversations. The young man finally hands me my order, and I said thank you. I look in the bag, and my large fries are not there. So I’m still at the window trying to get his attention. Waiting waiting and waiting. He finally opens the window and starts to hand me someone else’s order. So I told him I didn’t get the large fries that I paid for. He turned around and rolled his eyes at me. Went back and got my fries. My daughter and I looked at each other and were stunt. Is it my fault that he forgot my fries. Why do these young people feel like we owe them something. They have no respect or customer service experience. Yeah, I’m not impressed with their service. I’m not returning. Why should we spend our money where you don’t get at least good customer service.

Every time I go to Burger King they refuse to answer their intercom they act like they’re not there they act as though there’s no employees present even though they’re sign says that they close at 12 o’clock at night and then I’m asking at the intercom hello and instead of just saying hey we’re closed we’re not taking orders or whatever the case may be to be polite to your customers because somebody sitting inside listening to me say hello you would think that they would be polite and let you know what’s going on but instead they ignore you they act like you’re not there during customer service hours this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions

Sticky and unclean floors and tables, beverage area is unsanitary as it’s always dirty and messy. The kids play area is gross! They need to step up the sanitation efforts in this restaurant. No wonder why the only traffic they get is on the weekends when people travel!
