That was some of my most sickening chicken sandwiches I have ever ate. I was hungry this place was literally the cheapest around but I understand why. Afterwards I decided to use the bathroom of which I was met with the most disgusting and putrid smell that makes the pilot across the street seem like a hotel. The saltiest food I’ve ever tasted in my life. First off they made me and another car wait after awhile of them not coming out the other car and I went int to grab our food. They had no fries and never told me they just gave me tater tots…. Then they said they didn’t have coke anymore so if I wanted a different soda. It’s ridiculous to think you’re a fast food restaurants missing the basics of food. I always avoid this place but since the one on main is down I went here. Instant reminder of why I hate this one. Save your money and time! Your workers look exhausted and overworked.

Came on a Thursday night, at 8:30 pm. The dining room does not close until 10:00 pm. But they had literally closed off ALL the tables except 3 side tables. When asked if we could sit in one of the closed off tables, an hour and a half before closing, the lady cleaning angrily said no. So, we left. Not going to be squished in a side table.

On Easter Sunday we stopped at the Drive Thru to grab a bite to eat,. We waited in Line for over 5 minutes, so we went up to the Window when the Girl informed us that she had to help out with the walk-in Customers before she could attend to the Drive thru! That’s not how it Works!!!

Went through the drive thru at 6am. Sat there 5 minutes & nobody asked for my order. Drove to the window & sat there ANOTHER 5 minutes & nobody came to the window. They’re supposed to open at 6am & there was a white car & a dark car in the parking lot & I assume they were the employees. Finally decided to go to Starbucks & get breakfast. Guess Burger King didn’t want my money. Thought it was rude of them not to come to the window or answer the drive thru. Bad customer service. A simple “sorry we’re running late” would have been better than being ignored. Update: 3/28/23 went this morning at 6am thru the drive thru & at the speaker a recording announce ” we are sorry, we are not open”. So that’s an improvement! Went to the front door & read the hours on the door that they opened at 6am & the DOORS WERE LOCKED. Seen workers inside. Store was closed. Went to Carl’s Jr. Instead & received Excellent service.
