Every time I order they forget my chips. They always say oh I thought the person picking up got them. It’s not their responsibility to do your job. You have everything else in the bag put the chips in the bag too. Also a salad and protein bowls are supposed to have lettuce spinach etc and not just a pinch. Won’t be getting okemah subway again for a very long time if ever.

Got in line as one of the employees was making another customers sandwich. Waited about 5 minutes for her to get him rang up and another employee who I had seen messing around in the back comes up and says all we have left is flatbread. It was about 3:15. Looked like only half of the oven was full for baking new bread.

It was an ok experience. The customer service was good but they judged all our sandwhich saying it was nasty and they wouldnt eat that combination. And they even opened up our sandwiches and showed it to their other employees. They shouldve just not of said anything. It wouldve been a five star review if all of them wouldve stayed quiet..

Ordered three sandwiches, all cut poorly, had to tell the girl working the counter each order at least twice. I got jalapenos on my sandwich, which I did not ask for, and her attitude was poor and completely disinterested. Very disappointed. Told her I wanted my receipt, signed their copy, and she went to walk away. I had to ask once more for my receipt and she made it seem like a bother.
