It’s Burger King. You’re either a fan or you’re not. I prefer them over McDonalds any day. This location is pretty new and inside of WalMart. It actually replaced McDonalds. Go figure. First time I have been to this location and the reason it gets 3 stars is they forgot 2 things in my order. Luckily I checked my bags before I left or I would have had some upset kids at home. Regardless of being new, how hard is it to check the receipt to the bags. Hope they train the staff to check the bags better. Gonna have to give it awhile before I go back and see how they do next time.

Very bad experience at the restaurant. Manager was very rude, and disrespectful towards me even though I’m handicapped. Told me to come back in two hours for my order. He complained like if he was on his period or something. I gave a star just because the review didn’t allowed me to post without it. They don’t deserve any. Instead they should be happy that they are still open. Also they should be grateful that they have the chance to work, there’s so many people unemployed and looking for a job without any luck. In the end, I canceled my order because my blood pressure started going up and I had a major heart surgery already and wasn’t feeling well with heart palpitations due to all the nonsense. By the way, other BK”s are closing why they don’t do the same anyways they don’t want to be working.

The food was just okay not like the good old days the burgers are way smaller than they used to be but the plus side was all the employees that I dealt with were very courteous and responded very nicely to any questions I had to ask I can’t give them higher than three stars but it’s not the employee’s fault be nice of them will be nice to you I will eat there again though

Let me tell you… I had fond memories of a chicken sandwich from my youth. I went here, and I was chasing a memory.. clearly… this did not live up to my dreams of crispy chicken. The heartburn was memorable, but I did get the elusive onion ring in my French fries, so that was pretty nice. Excellent. I need a tums.

I have not eaten at a Burger King in a long time and coming here confirm that it will be my last . nothing we ordered had any flavor. The Fish sandwich was mediocre. And the fries were stale and dry inside. I wanted to enjoy it . But my mouth was telling me otherwise . Please .. improve on the quality of your food preparation. A little more effort will go a long way ..

Well this is strike 3 for them. First 2 strikes I eventually got what I ordered but this time was just unacceptable. When I first arrived in line to ordered 2 workers where arguing, then I had to repeat my order for 4 double cheese burgers 3 times before she understood. I saw that there was a large order ahead of me so I expected to wait a few minutes. I watched as only one person took orders and one person made food for over 20 minutes. My 4 double cheeseburgers sat there for 15 minuets along with a huge pile up of food being stacked on top of them. I looked at the screen to see where my order was in line and the screen was cleared! I asked the person at the register for a refund bc I have been waiting over 20 minutes now. She headed to where my burgers were sitting and I told her I don’t want those old burgers that are now smushed, I want my refund. She went to get the manager and 3 minuets later she came out from the back, never said a word to me, took 5 more minuets to issue my refund, and then just handed me a receipt and started to walk away. I had to ask her if my refund was going back on my card and she respond with it should and left. I can not believe that all this took half an hour for an order of 4 double cheese burgers that I never received. Next time I want burgers I will just cook them myself. I nor my whole family will ever be back to that burger king. I hope they close down and put a decent fast food place in walmart. Can’t believe I have to give them 1 star just to write this review.
