While I was eating the Jr cheese burger I saw a dead fly on the bun. And the original chicken sandwich tasted very disgusting, and I waited 10 min for 2 things longer than i was hopeing. A waste of $8 would not recommend eating here

horrible automated drive thru. tried placing two separate orders and the drive thru automation didn’t let me so i tried placing it at the window and the lady told me i had to DRIVE BACK AROUND THRU THE DRIVETHRU. this is actually insane. whenever the automation messes up a person would speak and take my order but she never did. when i got to the window i could hear her taking the order of the car behind me JUST FINE. horrible customer service. this happened at 12/31/25 at 11:05pm incase burger king wants to see who was on drive thru window at that time. worker clearly didn’t care about the customer service. $20/hour for poor service is absurd. go to any other place but here.

Wopper meat was dry. I could tell that it wasn’t fresh. The meat tasted like it was precooked then heated authentic time of serving. Very bland and not what I remember a wopper tasted like from the last time I had one. I ordered the wopper from that horrible menu in the drive thru with that horrible AI system, and to my surprise it came without cheese. That like ordering a Big Mac and not getting cheese on it. Wow has Burger King and its wopper gone downhill. If you want to stay relevant and stay in business you need to make fresh food and add cheese to your wopper. Most people want a burger with cheese. Don’t be so cheap that a customer has to pay extra for cheese. The people that don’t want cheese will simply order it without cheese. I hadn’t been to Burger King in years and I don’t think I will return. There is no way you can call yourself the king by serving mediocre burgers.

The food here was absolutely incredible. Best some of the best food I’ve had in my entire life. The service was like no other. I felt like I was at a 5 Star Resort St. it’s so kind. Can’t wait to come back again. Feel like it’s my second home here.

Worst Burger King ever!! Not only has this Burger King consistently gotten my order wrong, they’re also extremely rude when you tell them. Their response is well your order was too difficult. I’m sorry, but if I asked for extra onions and you decide that meant no onions, the order is too difficult?! Not to mention they’ve actually left out entire happy meals from an order that had only 2 items. Let’s not forget how I actually received one of my burgers today. This is literally how it was put into my bag. I merely removed it from the bag to photograph.

We have been to Burger King King before so this wasn’t our first visit. But in Mira Mesa we decided to eat here. The food was fresh made. The lobby was clean and kept up. The outside was clear of garbage and clutter. Cashier was nice and polite.

Still a good place to have lunch. Fast service, nice people, good food. I even got a bonus tater tot. And won a self serve ice cream with their stranger things scan a the cup promotion. Ok also tried their new motzerela sticks, not bad.. not great just ok.

This is a very good Burger King location. The people are friendly, curious and very fast. Most important, accurate. It’s very annoying when people can’t get an order correct. I’m very happy that was not the case at this location. Keep up the good work!!
