August 16 2022. 9:10 am, a lady told me to take a seat because in few more minutes, she will take my order. 9 15 am the same lady started to take orders from customers, not me. She forgot that I was the first on line but she sent me to take a seat. 12:45 pm I approached to the register to order and she put a sign saying . . . Close for 10 minutes. Atte. The manager. What a really bad service.

Worst customer service through the drive through! Too bad I didn’t get her name but I’m guessing she was a supervisor or manager cause she wore black. She rudely said that their machines weren’t working when I asked for two sundaes. It also took a while for our order to be given to us and she wasn’t the one who handed our order. Another worker did and it was like she just walked off. Bad representation of the company.

7/12/18: Update, I went back the following day to apologize for losing my temper. I then asked to see the manager to make a formal complaint. He was very understanding and professional and even provided a new meal to make up for the mistake his staff member made yesterday. I also explained that while I try to understand that service workers are subject to stress, I believed someone needs to talk to that cashier on improving her performance. So, this went from 1 star to 4 due to the effort management made to rectify the situation.

Poor experience here. Bought the new chicken sandwich an then they don’t have it. Plus bought a whopper combo meal an the guy wasn’t been rude an he didn’t even give me my order or replaced it until I told him too. Very bad customer service. You guys should teach your employees not to be rude

Today, I ordered the food through the mobile app, paid for it, and went inside that Walmart to pick up the food only to have some old man with limited English spoke to me and told me I had to pay again when I had already paid for it. Good thing I asked for someone to come over to talk to me and then some lady who worked there told me not to pay twice because it’s already been paid for, she then later spoke in Spanish explaining the situation to him and all he did was having a guilty laugh, didn’t even bother to come apologize to me. Maybe they should start thinking about hiring someone who can SPEAK BETTER ENGLISH next time.

I wanted to see what the hype was all about surrounding the new Impossible Whopper. A majority of the Burger Kings around my area received an average of 1.5 stars but not this location. I decided to drive a bit further to this location since it averaged 3.4 stars.

I was ignored and the cashier acted as though she didn’t see me. We she asked to help the customer that walked in as I was standing there is got upset. The customer looked and me and said she was here first, so then the cashier said she didn’t see me. Which was not true cause we made eye contact twice. Never will I go to that location.

The lady that worked today April 1st, 2020 1:30pm. Was very rude to a disabled woman and another lady!!! Then when I got to the counter, she tried to tell me I couldn’t change the order that I didn’t pay for yet!!! I was NOT having it!!! Spanish older medium built woman, about 5’8!!! Horrible location.

Person at the cash register was uninterested in tending to customers at the counter waiting to order, she was just laughing and talking to the guy who cooks. At one point a woman left because she was not tended to. Horriable service, the woman is careless and slow af.
