Had a bad experience at this location some time back about the money I gave the cashier, so I purposely gave more money than I owed this time to see if the incident would happen again. But Matthew was on his JOB while counting the money I gave him and returned the over payment as well as my correct change. Thank you Matthew, for your honesty and being a responsible cashier. Our food was hot, our order was correct and served very fast! Have it your way and pay Matthew a visit knowing he is not going to manipulate your wallet/purse when paying with cash.

Rude! I work here in the mall but they didn’t know that. I asked the cashier for fresh cheese sticks & forgot to ask for the chicken sandwich fresh as well. So I asked the guy in the kitchen & he looked at the girl in the kitchen & she says “next time u can ask the cashier for that ” rudely. Like girl I did & I don’t need a lesson thanks jus say okay. Whole vibe was off then they give me my food & don’t ask if I want any sauce or even call my #. They just looked at me as they set the bag down

Stood at the register for over 5 minutes, waiting for someone to take my order. When they finally took my order, the assistant manager made me feel like I was bothering him. When I got my order of chicken nuggets, I wasn’t given any dipping sauce. The staff was glued to the order monitor, trying to get the drive thru orders done. Didn’t ask them for sauce due to the fact that I would be bothering them once again. While eating, I ran out of ketchup, so when I went to get some more, I couldn’t find the ketchup dispenser. Turns out that the assistant manager brought it to the counter to be refilled. I didn’t have access to it, and seeing that they were concentrating on the order monitor, I knew I had no hopes for a refill. As I sat there eating my nuggets plain, I observed another customer waiting at the register for about 5 minutes. I don’t know if they were short-staffed, but the 2 stars are for the food. Took off 3 stars for the bad customer service, lack of attention to detail, and the lack of leadership. I hope everyone else had a better experience.

Every time i come to this location the staff specifically Monica, gives me a hard time about the use of the coupons and gives me attitude in rude and mocking way. She and her other associates have done this to me more than 4 times already. I am absolutely tired of being treated like this at your facility.

We came here on a Friday around lunch time. They were not busy. We were the only customers. We ordered the BK value meals. The burgers didn’t taste good. Everything was dry. We also ordered some fries and onion rings and they tasted better because they were made fresh.
