Old place, New face.
The renovation looks very nice, restrooms not accessible at this time.
Seems like fast food joints are very busy and understaffed.
The lady who helped me out was still kind & courteous even tho she was very overwhelmed.
Please be kind, respectable and have patience with the staff, they’re very over worked.

Go through the drive-through order the SpongeBob meal she put it in a regular bag didn’t tell me they were out of pies didn’t give me the seasoning pack very rude no apology nothing she didn’t tell me they were out of pie . She didn’t tell me anything.
Horrible customer service Will never go back then hand me the SpongeBob box empty . Put my food in my box’s I see why I don’t eat Burger King .

Over all its a good place, but when I saw the percentage on TAX!!!! THAT BLEW ME AWAY!!! 1ST place I’ve seen to go so high on tax percentage. 8.75% tax total. State and local! That’s even higher than what google says is the average tax hike. Average on the high end is only a 1.00% more rate. This Burger King went 1.50% higher than the state tax at 7.25 for most of CA.

We went through the drive . Placed our order at the speaker with the intent to enter our purchase code towards points on our app. once we arrive home. To make a long story short, the app would not accept our points. Both of us tried several times to enter the numbers, to no avail. Come on Programers, work on the bugs within this app.

Original chicken sandwich was very salty. This is not typical, so I think it may have just been an accident. Usually the original chicken sandwich is very good. We could not eat the sandwich and we were already on the freeway driving away after using the drive thru window. Great service and cashier was very nice. Zaza
