Ever since the remodel, this place has changed. The food is better and so is the staff. I ordered the #1 whopper meal all time favorite. Bigger burger very noticeable. Fries are golden and not dripping with oil. Crisp crunch. Perfect. I might as well go now. Talking about it is making me hungry.

Stopped by for a quick lunch break around noon , had to check it out since this location got remodeled, decided to get myself a regular whopper . Only to be half way eating this burger and see a hair , definitely killed my appetite and had to spit it out. And I’m a blonde so I know it was definitely not my hair.

Food is pretty good here at this BK, I mean nothing compared to what it was in 1980’s-90’s. Personally I think BK is way better than McDonald’s.
I usually do drive-thru, do the times I’ve been inside the restaurant has been little dirty so better to do drive-thru for me. If you do drive a big Truck/Car like I do, you’ll want to be careful maneuvering your vehicle at the drive-thru it’s narrow.
Customer service wise it’s a hit or miss as well, those are the reasons for 3 stars, other than that food is ok here.

Terrible customer service every time I come here staff is rude management needs to do their job and train their employees. Restrooms were dirty seem like nobody checks them and cooks grab their hamburger patties with their hands disgusting.

Why I cannot get through with just a simple telephone call to this specific location Or the Other Covina, Ca is beyond the basics of a professionally run Business. The Store Manager and District Manger of this location area should be Reviewed over for poor Customer service and lack of food quality to a corporate standard for each store location’s food quality.

Whoever the manager is needs to schedule more workers. They only had a girl with tattoos working and she looked so stressed. There was a big line and only had 1 cashier cmon now yall can do better than this.
Give the tattooed girl a raise for that work she put.

Newly renovated. New AI drive-thru order taker. Used twice, so far. Good experience. Drive-thru lane is tight, not recommended for large vehicles.

What’s the point of asking for a burger made the way you want it ,when the cooks aren’t even going to make it the way it’s asked for . Stopped by to get some food after work and everything went good when placing my order I was even surprised that they didn’t seem too busy but as soon as I checked my burger myself when I left , everything I didn’t want on it ,was there !! The cheese wasn’t even melted, literally looked like they just placed it straight from the fridge , it had a sticker on the wrapper and it was marked correctly but what happened to actually making it the way the customer wants it !
