For some reason this Burger King managed to botch a $120 order so badly it’s like the entire building is held together with cold fry grease and whatever brain cells were left after the staff collectively decided accuracy was optional; I’ve seen vending machines with more competence and customer service, and at least they don’t charge triple digits to hand you a bag full of disappointment.

Night crew messed up my dads 127 dollar doordash order, refused to fix it and instead decided to argue. Lady in the window was older with glasses and cook was and older guy. Dude clocked out and tried to walk out and confront us after me had left the drive through and into the albertsons parking lot to talk to my brother. We left before he came around the corner of the store by the front door. As someone who worked in a lot of fast food places here in elko, the whole interaction was super unprofessional and both employees need to be fired. Ive never seen anyone but the red headed manager at taco bell act like that.

The lady had a short temper and assumed I didn’t understand that I didn’t know what to order. I wanted a number 12 with no coffee. And a large oreo shake, not in replace of the coffee. It takes tooooo long for you to keep repeating yourself. Just give me what I ordered please. Bad Customer service this morning. PS food was great!

It’s a burger joint. No one can expect 5 star service or food. The place was clean, but the service was slow, and as always, the people working there showed minimal intelligence, motivation, or friendly attitude. Nothing for sale there could be called excellent in my opinion, it’s only good enough to put food in your gut.

Always good food. The Double Bacon Burger looked like the ones they advertise on TV, it was big and tasted great. French fries were perfectly crispy. Also had the cheese bites. They are OK. Staff is friendly and fast service.
