I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! I placed an “ASAP” online order and ended up waiting over 55 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and directionless. There was zero leadership. People were just standing around looking confused, and the pace was unbelievably slow.
The most frustrating part? Customers were walking in 45 minutes after we placed our order and walking out with food in hand, while at least seven groups were still standing there waiting on online orders. WHAT?!? There was clearly no system in place for prioritizing or managing mobile orders.
To make matters worse, the online ordering system offers no way to cancel once you’ve submitted it, so customers are basically trapped after placing an order.
For a brand that markets itself on quick, fresh subs, this was the exact opposite. Extremely frustrating experience and serious operational issues at this location.

The employee were incredibly slow today. I tried ordering two subs, it took them 20 minutes to make my sub, and by the time they got the the register, they forgot my other sub. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes.
The employee were also not using correct PPE, there was no hairnets or correctly changing of the gloves.
The “manger” of the store told me to give them a good review for a percentage off the subs, and I was baffled.
I really don’t think I will be returning to this location.

My first time there was Sunday Feb. 1st at 7pm. Woman who took my phone order and served me was very friendly and efficient and the food she prepared was great. Only 2nd time at a “Mikes” as not many back home in my area of Massachusetts. great experience and will be back.

We’ve ordered take out from the 8126 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee for the past 2 years. The last several times, the bread has been very stale and the service has been terrible. They were once great, but this location has rapidly gone downhill. We just received our last subs on old stale bread. We won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Today was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s. And OMG it was amazing. They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you Fresh bread and vegetables. WOW. So delicious and fresh! I will def be back. Now I know what my daughter’s been raving about all this time! The workers were THE friendliest service workers I have ever met. I had the club my husband had the Italian, both great.
