Horrible horrible horrible . Manager is very rude . Would not give me her last name but the first name is Jamie . She is chewing gum at the register with spit coming out of her mouth as she is cursing at me to leave her drive threw after I payed and did not receive my food . These people are steeling peoples money and I am going to report to the bbb. You charge my card then don’t give me my food so technically the manager Jamie committed fraud on my card and I am reporting that also to my bank . U charge my card then get mad when I say you forgot my fries and tel me to leave with no refund . Takes my bag of food then says get the hell out of her drive through. Corporate is being contacted

I’m a truck driver that comes here often and yesterday morning I came to get breakfast and the manager was very rude to me . Refused to give me change back . Not sure what’s going on in here but stealing peoples money is pretty low

The food itself is fine, but you’d better check your bag if you go through the drive-thru. After years of trying to do lunch runs at this place, I can count the number of times my order has been 100% accurate on two hands, to the extent that I avoid coming here if at all possible. The location is somewhat inconvenient (can’t go back onto S. Rock towards I-80 without taking a U-turn somewhere), but that’s not the business’ fault. At least the staff is usually friendly.

I’m very very disappointed. I order from here quite often using delivery, and I feel sorry to say but it’s wrong EVERY TIME. The food is always cold when we get it, the drinks are either melted, or the ice is melted. Tonight I ordered a coke slushee and it tasted exactly like very gross old lady perfume and even had a strong odor of old lady perfume, they forgot our cookies, wrong sauce for our nuggets, and my partners chicken sandwich had pickles on it when he only asked for ketchup. And the icing on top of the cake is they WONT EVEN ANSWER WHEN I CALL! I’m sad to say but I will not be ordering from here again. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Finally got to order here. I’ve been here twice previously and they’re always closed during peak eating times. First time leaving a fast food review but they suck. They gave me a powerade instead of a orange fanta. Forgot my cheese on my chicken sandwich, and everything was cold and dry. Only thing i wanted was something quick while on the go and i regret it.
