I went there for a job interview and called them and told him I was going to be late. It would’ve been nice right there to know that they had already hired somebody. Not after I got me and my infant son out the door and all the way there for her to tell me she had already hired somebody in the first two minutes.

They mess up sometimes, but that’s fast food. The kids working usually are trying their best. they get super busy at this location, so a few missing things may happen. I’d say just remember to check your food before leaving and if you’re missing or something is messed up let them know. they’re usually really apologetic and fix the mishap. Also gotta remember most of them are kids please be patient with them, we were once kids and got things wrong too. Reminder to be kind to them as they’re just trying their best.

We decided to eat at McDonalds in the store for the first time in a very long time. There was not many people inside. We ordered from the booth using the app. It didn’t go through the first time, but we eventually got our food. Most of the tables were dirty, but not excessively dirty. The food was good. Staff was average. Good spot for a quick bite.

Went at 3:55pm on my half hour lunch.. sat in drive through until 4:15 to get food with only 2 cars ahead of me. The car directly in front of me only had ordered fountain drinks. They sat at the window for 5 minutes before they handed them the drinks… when I got to the window. The person did not speak one word, just handed me my food and drink and shut the window. No. Sorry for your wait, thank you for being patient, thank for come. Nothing spoke at all. Then the food was cold so it must have been setting for awhile. I opted not to get a receipt, so I couldn’t take their customer service survey, so I decided to leave this review here. But they probably don’t care anyways, this whole experience was unacceptable.

Dirty tables and floor. Dirty condiments and drink area was dirty. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. Told staff but the ketchup was never refilled while we were there. Some staff standing around. Spent $29 and some change for not hardly warm food. Were there July 1st around 6pm. They were not that busy. The cost is ridiculous and we will not be back. Very disappointing.

By passed the line in drive-up, ordered take out parking space with app. Service almost as fast as drive-through. Take-out with advanced ordering through the app in designated parking during lunch time may be good strategy for the fastest service.
