The drive thru can be a bit slow at times, but that’s the norm in this area, what IS different is how friendly and polite the staff are. I’ve never had a bad interaction with the staff at this restaurant. The food taste exactly as you expect, ive never received food that was incorrect or cold.

I have been all over this nation and never have I seen a burger king with only one person supposed to run dinning room, drive thru and cook… I was aggrivated at first. Their associate did an awesome Job regardless of her situation and did what she could to keep the business running. Keep it up Genieve!

They told us to hold on and it took them 10-15 minutes to respond back for our orders. They took someone else’s order even though we had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. The lady had a terrible attitude towards us. We asked for our orders repeated. She replied “Oh my God” she then began to argue about that and replied “I just got off break” as an excuse for her attitude

This has got to be the best Burger King I have eaten at in over 20 years. The food was excellent, and the burgers weren’t children sized..I was honestly shocked. The staff was friendly and the order was prepped quickly. I’m a Whataburger fan, originally from Texas, and this Burger King makes the Whataburger and Burger King in Roswell look pathetic.

I ordered a #1 whopper with no cheese and a #4 bacon king and had to wait a while for someone to come to the drivethru window and then when I got home my whopper was just a cheese burger with just pickles so I had to go back for a replacement and the bun was ripped apart and when trying to call them they didn’t answer the phone at all and after I got just the whopper replacement by time I got home the rest of my food was cold
