I am a fan of Burger King but this location does not have good customer service. I’ve tried to go through their drive up twice in the last couple weeks with the wait time so long we left both times. This location needs more training for their staff. I’m sure they are losing money because they are losing customers. I would suggest going to another drive thru unless you don’t mind the long wait.

The gal that took our order was kind.
My cheeseburger needed a fresh bun. It’s dryness made the cheeseburger bad. My onion rings got cold while we waited for my husband’s rings to be made.
While I appreciate fresh made food, our order took a while, like a long while.
My husband did enjoy his meal, and shared his hot onion rings with me 🙂

Standing in a filthy lobby with no employees visible for 5 minutes. Finally someone from back came and told me to continue waiting. Manager finally and slowly walks to the front. No chicken and 10 minutes to find out. Shut this one down for sanitary reasons if nothing else.
