“Meh” about sums it up again. We hadn’t had BK in about 5 years. Saw some stuff about how the ceo is making big changes. The only change was the whopper was in a box. Food wasn’t freshly made at all. See y’all in another 5 years maybe.

Went to pickup an order I placed on the app I put asap for pickup and only took about ten minutes to get there and when I brought it home it wasn’t warm at all and it was all of the food and I know it couldn’t of cooled off that fast in my car. I also had two cokes with my order which they didn’t hand to me yet and gave me everything else and the lady at the window didn’t say anything and closed the window and turned her back to me and got on her phone it took a while for them to notice me again and she didn’t say anything but gave me a look and when I said I was missing my drinks she just shut the window and got the other worker to get the drinks and went right back to her phone! The place was pretty much dead! I’m just upset I tried to get a treat for my family and it was very disappointing!

I normally wouldn’t do this however I was annoyed tonight. We spent well over $40 only to get home and open our bags to find the food was not correct. I ordered 3 Double Whoppers with cheese. We love the Whoppers with cheese! All 3 burgers had no cheese!! This is the second time this location has done this. Today it was just frustrating after a super long day and this was my dinner choice, only to be disappointed. Today was not my way!

The app refused to give me bacon to start with. So I visited the restaurant. I was specific on my order and when I was at the pickup window, the guy repeated everything I ordered and I was happy. Hit home and didnt get what I ordered. Called the manager and she wanted me to go back after I got home. Wasn’t going to happen and she didn’t want to compensate for my fuel to go back fir what they forgot. I won’t be back for a while. Quite a while.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I walked in to find the ‘staff’—if you can even call them that—actually sitting on the prep tables eating their own meals right where the food is supposed to be made. It was beyond unprofessional; it was stomach-turning.
The kids working here are rude, entitled, and clearly have zero training in basic hygiene. One of the boys handling food had chipped, disgusting nail polish on, which is a massive health code violation—nobody wants flecks of cheap polish in their burger. The whole crew looked unwashed and acted like serving a customer was a massive inconvenience to their social hour.
This place is a breeding ground for bacteria and bad attitudes. Unless you want a side of entitlement and a health department nightmare with your fries, STAY AWAY. Management needs to fire the entire shift and sanitize the building with a flamethrower. I will literally be going out of my way to go to another BK, I highly recommend you do the same.

This place sucks. I always order Rodeo Burgers which are supposed to have BBQ sauce. When I get my burgers the literally have maybe like 1 drop of BBQ I mean how???? If that’s one main ingredient for a Rodeo Burger. Then I get to the window and ask for BBQ sauce and they wanna charge me. Seriously?!?!? Burger is sooo dry.
