Very disappointing experience at this location. My order was missed entirely, and instead of fixing it, I was asked to get back in line and wait again. When the drinks were finally made, all of them were poorly prepared and didn’t taste right.
On top of that, none of the hot drinks were given sleeves. I had three hot drinks and had to specifically ask for sleeves, which I’ve never had to do at any other Starbucks. When I mentioned it, the barista responded with a bad attitude and said sleeves are “only given if requested,” which is inconsistent with Starbucks’ usual safety and service standards.
Overall, the staff attitude was unprofessional, and the experience felt rushed and careless. This store is very different from other Starbucks locations, and not in a good way.

I go to this location’s drive thru on a regular basis. The drive thru line moves along timely. The staff has never gotten my order wrong. My lattes always come out creamy. There are some coffee establishments I have stopped going to because my latte’s came out bitter. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the messages on the cup.

This location is pretty disappointing. None of the baristas seem to know how to make drinks correctly—they constantly ask what you’re waiting for instead of just preparing the drinks properly. The lobby has no outlets, so if you plan to do homework or work on your computer, be prepared to be out of luck.

I came to this Starbucks earlier today, and an employee told me they be open on CHRISTMAS! What the hell starbucks?!?! Do you even care about your employees… obviously not. Do you really think those employees are thinking wow I’m so glad I’m at work instead of with my family? My guess… probably not. Try again next year Starbucks… your corporate greed is showing.

Probably the nicest cashier I’ve ever spoken too. Wish I would of got her name, but she was super nice, so I gave her all my change in my car, since I didn’t have cash. Thank you for my birthday drink Starbucks. I still prefer the regular dragon fruit drink, but the one with coconut juice isn’t bad.

The coffee doesn’t need to be 130+ degrees and filled to the lip. That’s why the lid pops off and people get burned. On another note this location has no coverage at the drive through so in the rain every thing is getting wet..

I ordered a coffee with 1 cheese danish but after 5 mins i only got my coffee and i friendly asked the women staff answered unfriendly and i said thank you, then after few minutes flew by, i asked her again then she checked and came back with my cheese danish with no saying sorry or whatever, she just laid the patries on the counter and didn’t glance at me or call me to pickup , she was so rude with that attitude. Worst store ever and never come back.
