Had extreme difficulty dealing with the person attending the drive through. Attempted to redeem a coupon code, the person dealing with us had poor listening skills, and patience was worse. They had us drive up to the window, and had the manager deal with us. Perhaps a training issue. Food came out very dry, totally disappointed.

Did a drive thru to get a Double Whopper and fries offered for $7 on the BK app. Food was quite good! I also got an order of onion rings from the app offer section. They had a horseradish based sauce for it. I do like horseradish mustard and, sometimes, straight horseradish sauce on sandwiches, on occasion. In other words, kinda rarely. This sauce, BK gave me to try, had other ingredients in it, which hit my taste buds in exactly the wrong way. Glad I had some extra ketchup (catsup for you East Coast folks). Perhaps, the taste wasn’t right because I grew up with ketchup to use with onion rings. BTW, on a trip through British Columbia, I found Canadians use mayonnaise with their French fries. These are served together at the Burger Kings up there.

They had me wait to order 2 ice cream cones through the drive through with no cars ahead of me. Finally when they were ready to take my order they said the machine is broken. I would have been ok with it if they didn’t make me wait so long to order.

I tried to order something off the drive through menu and was told that I couldn’t buy something without having a coupon for it. Why would it be on the menu if people couldn’t buy it without a coupon? Not sure if this is store policy or a misunderstanding but very annoying either way

Waited forever for chicken and fries. Drive through wrapped around the building and couldn’t even get a place in line then went inside. And the manager looks like she hates her job. Slow food bad service

Very nice customer service and fast service. Place is usually quite and there is always seating area. Parking is limited but there is parking on the back of the Restaurant.

I have been to this location many times and this time was amazing. Wr ordered through the drive thru and were told to park on the front while we wait for our food. Normal this is a pretty agitating expirence but that day we were great by the friendliest woman we had ever met. She walk to the car smiling and making jokes and even offered crowns to my whole family. I just upset I didn’t get her name but it was valentibes day and this was our dinner of choice. Outstanding food and service!
