Absolutely disgusting and horrible service! The staff decided that putting toilet paper in our bag would be appropriate since they were out of napkins never in my life have I experienced this. I mean they forget the napkins half the time anyway. I would have rather they just left them out all together. Then we go speak to the manager and she seems to think it was totally okay because she assured us that “it’s the toilet paper we use from the bathroom but it’s clean”. So gross. Never again.

This burger king off bell road Right next to the Village Inn is horrible. Every time I go there, it’s a shame. The owners really need to do Secret shopper food is always cold expired and they rarely ever get your order right? I used to work at Burger King 30 years ago. Trust me, it’s not like what I’m used to go there. Find out for yourself or read this post and go somewhere else, that’s your best bet.

Came in and order a whopper meal and a whopper with cheese and bacon meal. Received our food to find a no bacon on the whopper bacon cheeseburger. Took the food back up to tell the male behind the counter that there wasn’t bacon on the whopper The young lady cooking yells out I put bacon on it. I searched through the whopper to find a nickel size piece of bacon and held up the bacon and said you call this putting bacon in a burger. and she said yes. So for a 1.80 you get a nickel size bacon and the young man said I don’t make up the prices. Needless to say I ask for my money back and will not return. Terrible customer service.

Just went in there. Only one person in the crew could speak English. Had to have my order translated. It was wrong. When it was remade it was wrong. Then 30 minutes later when I realized it wasn’t being remade again. I asked them. Said they’d make it right away. Ask for my money back and they just started laughing.

Speaker is broken so I pulled thru lady answered window told me speaker was broke and to come inside. I was already at window and asked if I could order and she told me she was busy with customer at the counter and wanted me to wait to take my order. I go thru here on my way to work and am on a time restraint. This is very bad customer service. Why is drive thru open if it not working??will not be returning. This is second time this has happened I will not be giving a third chance. Which is too bad cause it’s good food.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever encountered in my life, on multiple occasions. Finally get the food and there’s no BBQ sauce on the rodeo burgers, the nuggets seemed 4 days old, ice in a drink that was supposed to be no ice. If there’s another BK 20 minutes further you’ll save time going there, they’re simply that bad.

Really hard to leave feedback thru burgerking, I actually recieved really good service to my face but my burgers with no bun were presented as an absolute joke. I ordered a couple whole sandwiches and i was given patties, cheese slices, and 2 less than half slices of bacon in 3 separate bags. Pictured is literally what they gave me for bacon and cheese whopper no bun AND double bacon cheeseburger no bun.

I had a ham croissant yesterday (05.22.23) morning and I didn’t finish it because it tasted a little strange. That was the only thing I had to eat all day and by evening I was vomiting profusely and stomach ache all night. I have never been so sick and I know it was from that sandwich. The place is dirty too, I will never eat at Burger King again.

Another great lunch experience at a Burger King. I had a craving for a delicious Whopper so I swung into Burger King in Surprise. I love “Having it my way!!” No onions, lots of lettuce (I try to double-up on greens as its healthier for me), and light on the sauces. Yum. They did a great job, it was fresh and hot, and delicious. Service was great, cashier was friendly too. Good job!
