I was hungry and been through a hard time with a very small budget. I didn’t have enough to get a meal or afford that Texas burger and the manager and his crew gave me enough of a discount to get a meal. Probably the worst Burger King in. Arizona. I went through the drive thru which was full of cars. I waited at the ordering menu for 10 minutes and nobody greeted me. When the line finally moved, I pulled up in line without ordering. It took another 20 minutes to get to the window only to be told that “the cook decided to clean the broiler so we cant make burgers right now.” I waited 30 minutes in this drive thru only to be told that BURGER King can not make BURGERS. Obviously nobody there has any common sense to let people know at the menu or put a sign up saying no burgers are available.

Dang. I am hungry and it’s lunch break and I drove here but the doors are locked. I’m in a giant van that can’t fit in their absolutely tiny drive through. This is the second time this has happened recently too. Which means it’s the second time I have to drive back to work and finish my 10 hour shift without lunch.

Couldn’t decide on breakfast, decided on something simple. Breakfast biscuit was the choice. Did a mobile order with drive thru pick up. Ready super fast. It was so hot from the 1st to last bite. Love it.

This is the worst Burger King I have been too. It is unfortunate it is the closest one to my house. I have there about 40 times in the last year and they have yet to get one order right. Just tonight I order 2 quad BK stickers and received doubles.. I went back and they first started to tell me they were closed it was 7:50 PM and they don’t close till 8 PM. Part of the problem seems the works at this BL think if they close at 8 that is the time they get to leave work rather than that is the time they stop taking orders. Then they told me they would throw out the doubles they made in error, I asked for them back so I could feed them to my dogs rather than waste the food, he looked at me like I was trying to get one over on him. Whoever the owner of this franchise is, either does not know what they are doing or are not putting in the effort to run an efficient store. Shameful is the word that comes to mind when I think of this Burger King. Worst of all none or the employees actually feel responsible for the errors they have never apologized, offered anything to make up for their errors or the gas we waste going back and forth to get them fixed.
