Do not ever go to this location if you are wanting quality service, the assistant manager Conor is horrible and has no customer service qualities. As the front face of this chain, I would be ashamed to have him represent Burger King. Patient satisfaction should always be the number 1 quality in any service provided. Training is a recommendation for this leader. Not very well organized either, food has been sitting under the warmer and it continues to be piled with food .

This location has been a dump for awhile now. They park you for basically ANY order and lock the doors. Seriously had 5 of us parked at once to the point where people started walking in to even check if there was anyone working. Tried it after years just because there was a coupon but I won’t return .

Bought four 8 piece spicy nuggets and they came mutilated and almost chopped up and the ones that looked normal were almost wet and soggy and just spongy. I called and they said the sogginess was due to the spicy sauce they soak in but they doesn’t explain why they are wet and slippery and soggy and spongy. It also doesn’t make sense why some of them weren’t even nuggets they were literally mutilated. I went yesterday and the nuggets were fine so I think the sogginess was due to employee laziness

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King, mainly due to the incompetent and rude manager. Despite acknowledging many customers walking in, the manager refused to help them and blamed her employees instead of taking the lead. This behavior was immature and unprofessional, and I would advise avoiding this location. As a paying customer, I expect respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case at this BurgerKing. This manager is bleeding this locations sales with her attitude. Within 22 minutes 5 customers gave up and left hungry and upset.

Staff is super slow, has no customer service. I saw 2 other customers they to get the same guys attention and he didn’t even turn for either one. Took 30 minutes to get 4 kids meals and 2 regular combos. I could have had food in front of me faster at olive garden.

The 16-year-old young man working at the register was extremely rude, kept rolling his eyes kept sighing and was very mouthy. We try to address the problem with the so-called store manager. She says she’s in between the general manager and store manager, so I’m not sure what that exactly means but she was no help. She wouldn’t let us talk or anything she said the 16-year-old boy is just that, he was learning and we understood that but that gave no rate for the young man to be disrespectful and rude. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes. We were the 3rd car from the window. Then we were told to drive ahead and they would bring our food. My husband ended up going inside to get our food. We ordered 2 spicy chicken. No sides, no drinks. Ridiculous that they were that slow.

Very disappointed costumer here. Last night for dinner, I was hungry for a Big Fish sandwich! Got home and went to take a bite, and COULD NOT bite through the fish. Almost broke my front tooth! I took the top bun off and saw the HARD dark brown square that was “suppose to be” the fish pattie! I barely could cut through it with a steak knife!!!! I live about 20 minutes away so I just took the loss and did not drive back to Burger King, but will NOT be a returning costumer to this location. Very disappointing. One star is just to much!
