Not only did it take an exceptionally long time in the drive thru the food was terrible. The bacon on my burger was raw. My Jalapeño poppers were rock solid. This was not a singular experience, it has been this way for the past few visits. I have given them all the chances I am willing. Would not recommend anyone eat here until significant changes are made.

I don’t like kiosk ordering and it was an issue, but my granddaughter was hungry. Waited several minutes to get a cup because no one wants to interact with customers. Got our food and took it home to eat. It was decent.

Very hit or miss. Sometimes they are on top of it but the majority of the time it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. And that’s after they ask you what order is yours because they’ve already forgotten that you ordered in the first place. Minimum wage income and minimum effort. Go to In N Out instead. Cheaper, better service, and not such a long wait.

Will never come back to this Burger King. We placed a mobile order and let them know when we arrived at the drive through. There were two cars ahead of us that took over 20 minutes to deal with. When we got to the pickup window, they acted like they knew nothing about the order and made it right then (which took almost 15 more minutes).
When we got home, we realized a whopper was missing and the rest of the food was rancid smelling and grey.
When requesting a refund on the app, we were initially offered $3. When we escalated, they offered $5 (our order was $30). A whopper alone costs $6.29 before tax, so they’re literally stealing money from us for the missing food and they did not care about the extremely poor quality of the rest of the “food”.
Highly recommend that nobody eats here.

Very disappointed costumer here. Last night for dinner, I was hungry for a Big Fish sandwich! Got home and went to take a bite, and COULD NOT bite through the fish. Almost broke my front tooth! I took the top bun off and saw the HARD dark brown square that was “suppose to be” the fish pattie! I barely could cut through it with a steak knife!!!! I live about 20 minutes away so I just took the loss and did not drive back to Burger King, but will NOT be a returning costumer to this location. Very disappointing. One star is just to much!

Went to Burger King for breakfast this morning and order an enormous bacon burrito and I came home and took a bite and opened it and saw that there was a handful of bacon in the burrito. I know for sure that at Burger King you don’t put 16 strips of bacon in a burrito and it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Horrible breakfast I have had.

Placed a mobile order. First time in 6 months the wait in drive thru was under 30 minutes. But for good reason. They did not give everything ordered. Tried calling multiple times to have it rectified; no answer. Had to drive back to the store to have the manager “Kathy” tell me I needed to wait because there’s “customers in the drive thru” when I told her I had returned with an issue with the mobile order placed. The first time they made the meal missed originally was made incorrectly and the cook got irritated he had to remake it again. Management seemed like I was an annoyance with my concern over missing items from my order versus being concerned it happened in the first place. Be guarded if visiting this location.
