Very disgusting atmosphere. The floor is constantly sticky, there’s a cloud of flies everywhere, the kitchen and tables were dirty. The workers were messing around and not working, plus, they got my order wrong. The soda machine was also missing half the selections, so you could only get diet soda or water. They also are using the common areas as storage!

Lunch time! I used the app by Burger King with mixed results. I got to the drive thru and told them I had an app order and gave them the order number. Well, they only see a first name, I guess, on their screen.

Never have our online orders ready, most of the workers are rude and unprofessional (apart from 1 or 2 staff). One of my biggest annoyances tho is that they ALWAYS tell you to pull forward (without specifying where, which means if they can’t find you because you actually pulled forward, and didn’t park in front of the front doors, they won’t bother to walk around the small building, and then you’re left waiting until you go in and pick it up). Even if you just get a couple of fries. It’s ridiculous And I’ve never had a drive thru ever do that unless it was a big order or a long line or something. They’ll literally tell you to pull forward during the slowest hour, no cars behind you, no people in the restaurant, and a small order. Like what is even the point of the drive thru then?? I will definitely only be going to the tremonten location from now on. They actually have their restaurant together. P.S. having to pay for fry sauce is such a scam.

I love burger King, but I’m so disappointed with this location. Ordered online through their app and was told they wouldn’t give me another drink or a refund when they didn’t have what I ordered. Still no refund after reaching out on their app and now I’m out a couple bucks and we had nothing to drink with our meals. I won’t be going to this location again.

Hamburgers were great, place was dirty, had multiple flys flying all over, out of nearly all drink flavors, out of ketchup, kept checking the french frys which apparently were cooking slowly, then gave up and half filled a french fry container with fries that were previously cooked. So only got a half full fry. The kid was friendly.

Google said it was open until 2:30 AM. I arrive at the drive thru at 11:54 PM and the person on the speaker says “take a look at the menu, and we’ll be right with you.” At 11:59 PM a different person gets on and says “I just want to inform you that we are closed.” When I tell him google says they’re open until 2:30 AM, he says “yeah, that’s just what it says online.” They proceed to not serve me… Because they waited to respond until it was almost 12 PM.

i would give this a zero star if i could. i walked in on the morning of may 2nd, to get some breakfast with my mom. and my mom asked if we needed a key to use the bathroom because it was locked, and in some places, you need a key. A lady with purple hair rudely said to my mom “no that means there is someone in there, it’s a one person bathroom.” and then continued to wipe the tables instead of taking my order. and then continued to talk about drama with her coworker about her baby daddy. i will never come back here. The worst! They are slow and still can’t get the order correct. Pay for extra toppings and don’t get them. They filled the cup with so much ice the lid barely closed. No napkins in my bag. Just terrible customer service all around!
