Mike made me the yummiest double maple bourbon barbecue whopper. He was very friendly in the drive through as well as patient with my indecision. All the toppings on the burger were placed in a way that was balanced and looked good too. I will keep going to Burger King in the evenings in Brighams
City to have Mike make my burgers. Awesome experience. The fries were amazing as well. Classic Burger King fries like in the old days.

My husband and I wanted something so freaking good and we needed advice. We were nervous because we were in the drive through. Usually they don’t have time for that. MIKE did. I asked him to make our meal with love and asked his preference on his favorite burgers. He was so wonderful and patient and they were literally the best burgers we have ever had! . I have recently seen posts that have not been positive on Facebook and I had the opposite experience. I hope management sees this and can let him know he made our night. Thank you!

The General Manager needs to go! She’s down right mean and never in her restaurant! There is a few staff that are exceptional, but there is no leadership present to give them guidance to make their restaurant great. Probably why this restaurant has so many complaints.

Burger King was one of my go to’s when I was in a hurry. But, this location is not advisable when needing to hurry through and grab a bite. Sitting in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes and in the lobby for 15 or more just to get food is beyond lacking profession from the management and employee team. There was a manager here a few years back, although she may have been a bit snippy she actually got things served quickly and with no mistakes most times.
I sit in this lobby looking around at the chairs, tables, booths, and windows. Disgusting and dirty. Dead flies on and around the windows. Food stuck to the chairs, and it smells awful inside this place.
I can no longer say that there is a good employee here at this location. Most often when we do go there, far between now each visit, we are not greeted, and everyone seems depressed there. I wish they could find something to smile about, brighten the area a bit.
The food was average this past time around and not very welcoming to want more. It hurt my stomach and left me feeling ill for several days. I most likely will not be returning to this location, I can drive to another one for better service and food.

We decided to try Burger King again because we have heard good things about this location from some friends and family. We thought we wouldn’t ever come back but we have come 2 days in a row! The food is so fresh and the customer service is outstanding, both nights we were greeted by Sita and she took our order. She is so sweet and genuine and very appreciative of our business. You can tell she really cares about her customers and the place is so clean and inviting. She is not only great with us but she has such a positive attitude and has fun with her employees, the atmosphere is fun and everyone really seems to enjoy working there. Please if you haven’t tried Burger King in awhile, you should really give them a second chance. You can tell she is working hard to gain the community back. She makes sure everything is fresh and lets us know that she is cooking us fresh product and it will be a few extra minutes.

This was really such a great experience. I came in for a late lunch with my kids. I placed a pickup order, and when I arrived they were not quite ready because I ordered basically every fried thing on the menu and so they were making it all fresh for me. I brought my kids in, the manager I assume, gave me a drink and one for each of my kids. They played in then playground and were having a great time. The worker also gave us cookies as well!! It was such a positive experience. The people working there were clearly enjoying their jobs and went far and above the line of duty.

I haven’t been to Burger King in a long time since I had a confrontation with Shantel the old manager that was there. This place has changed allot. The food is amazing and the manager now is absolutely so sweet. I will come back more often now. Thank u for making Burger King better again.

I been trying it again a few times. There is a wonderful employee named Mike I believe??? He is always such a pleasure to have in drive thru. Always such a nice calming and voice he always makes me feel like I am welcomed. The food has definitely been getting better must be under new management or something. Keep it up you guys appear to be doing great in my opinion congratulations

Ok so I have been here several times hoping that it will be half decent food but it is not. I love BK but this store is making me think poorly of the company. Every time I get their fries or hash brown things they always taste like they have been sitting out for way too long then put back into the fryer for a short time to make them a little warmer. Their hamburgers are always ok and so are their french toast sticks. But their breakfast sandwiches are a joke. This morning I went and got a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich meal with a small Mello yello drink and a 5 piece French toast sticks. The French toast sticks were fine but the hash browns were old and dried out and the sandwich well… The pictures that I took of that will tell you.
