We attended a get together for our grandsons 18th birthday. Everyone associated with the restaurant was great. The chef was very entertaining. Our 4 year old granddaughter was a little perplexed when the chef started tossing food at her face as she didn’t realize she should try to catch it with her mouth. That was entertaining in itself. As mentioned in other reviews the chef put very little food on my other granddaughters plate while he took what appeared to be food for her and loading her dad’s plate. She found it to be hilarious. The food was delicious and a great show.

Cold sushi, very well cut and tasty sake. Very nice atmosphere and great service. They also have a separate hibachi area if that’s your thing. I ordered the sushi sashimi combo dinner and it came with a rich miso soup. Check out Sogo, they are open on Monday’s lunch starts around 1pm.

The sushi has the best value. I’ve always had excellent service. Hibachi is nice on occasion. The dining area is not very well lit and the blue light buggs my eyes out, but that’s just me. They have tables with actual lamps thankfully.

I’ve never laughed so hard at dinner before. The chef was fantastic and really put on a show. Every time he went to give the food to my son he would give him one piece of steak, or one vegetable or a few grains of fried rice while my wife on the other hand had the rest put on her plate and had a mountain of food. He was so taken aback every time the chef cooked another part of the meal he had the table in tears. It was a great experience and we will definitely go back!

Used to be amazing, easily my favorite place in Webster, but was been quite bad recently.
Restaurant was FREEZING cold and very dark, they had no bartender so couldn’t order any mixed drinks, the habachi chef was so slow everyone’s dinner was cold by the time the food was ready, the sushi was poorly rolled and not even cut. For $250 for a group of 4, I expected way more. We’ll never go back.

Overall very disappointed with my visit. The restaurant was cold. My girlfriend ordered the vegetarian hibachi and noodles. The vegetarian hibachi does not come with shrimp as the menu states, she is vegan and the chef proceeded to put the shrimp on top of her rice when it was cooked. He also cooked her noodles in the steak juice after my steak came out. My steak was extremely salty and nothing compared to what it used to be. To say dissatisfied is an under statement to what the restaurant used to be. I feel bad writing such a negative review on a place I used to love.

Hibachi chef was good. Food itself was fine. I had to ask for hot sauce a few times, the server forgot our order of gyoza and was generally inattentive. Overall not bad but probably wouldn’t go back. Have had sushi other times which is pretty good. Pretty cold in the room.

I came in midafternoon and ordered the Rocky 2 , which was delicious!! I highly recommend it if you like the components. As you can see from the photos it is a huge portion! Couldn’t get a whole piece in my mouth in one bite , had to be several bites each section.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is warm yet professional. I will definitely return and try other items on the menu, which by the way has a great selection.

I come in at least once a week and the staff is absolutely phenomenal, they always make sure I have everything I need and are super kind. The young lady Amanda who is the hostess is one of the best providers of customer service I have ever had. I wish more establishments had kind and caring workers like her, I will continue to come here weekly and I will constantly tell my friends and family to come enjoy the top notch service and food that this restaurant has! My favorite place to eat hands down!

Went here at 530 the other day and had a very good dinner. I would go back again which says something as we are picky about our hibachi. The server was pleasant and quick about getting our drinks and order. The mushroom onion soup was probably one of the best ones we’ve had at this style restaurant with the French’s onions actually still crispy. The ginger dressing in the salad was a little sweeter than I’ve had before but still as good as this salad is anywhere. We also got the Mexican roll and I can’t remember the other, but both were super amazing and delicious – even 2 days later. We all got a variety of the hibachi dinners which everyone enjoyed. I had the sogo which is steak, shrimp, and chicken. Everything was cooked correctly and tasted great. The chef was funny and did well but not super interactive – like not a lot of conversation. Did all the typical tricks and show stuff. My one complaint is that the veggies are not cut smaller. The zucchini, green peppers, and broccoli were all big chunks or florets which meant they didn’t get as cooked as say the onions and snow peas. Also the yum yum sauce was a little runnier than expected and didn’t seem to stick to everything like I’m used to. Overall, very good and will recommend/ return to.
