My husband and I came into the restaurant at 7:50. We didn’t realize that they close their lobby at 8:00, which is very early! I watched at least 2 customers try the door after the door was locked at exactly 8:00. A young man, with zero people skills, stood by the door waiting for the clock to turn to eagerly lock both us and other customers in. We ordered our food and sat down to eat. To set the stage, the condiment station was an absolute disaster ketchup everywhere. The garbage near the door was over flowing. There was a gentleman mopping the back of the restaurant near the bathroom. There was one other table of customers in the lobby. We had been informed that they would be closing soon, so we decided to eat quickly. The young man “cleaning the lobby” was visibly irritated. He stomped around us huffing and puffing. We were seated at a long skinny table in the middle of the restaurant. He proceeded to wipe the table all the way up to our food, nearly touching us. At this point, it was 8:04 and we were nearly done eating. He clearly had other messes, he could have been cleaning up. He did not need to harass us. When we didn’t take his a passive aggressive queue, he proceeded to turn up the heavy metal music, on a small speaker that he had placed in the lobby, as loud as he could. He had at least thirty minutes of cleaning left to do in that lobby. It was a disaster. But he felt that his time and energy was best spent passive-aggressively harassing paying customers. Management is obviously failing to properly train, motivate, and manage staff at this location. It really does reflect on the company as a whole. We will not be returning.

First time I came here was a year ago. I ordered an Impossible Whopper with American cheese. I did not received cheese on my burger. Okay. I came back today and I wanted to be careful while taking my order so they could make it right. It was an Impossible Whopper with American AND Swiss cheese, no tomato. The person taking the order even repeated my order so I thought It was all good. Burger came with only Swish cheese. I can’t say it’s the worst thing, it’s just cheese. But I never have this problem with other burger king’s. Also, I saw one of the employees vaping. That explains. Thank you!

I’m 3 for 3 on attempts here where they entirely mess up the order, despite me usually being the only one in the drive thru. This time i had to clarify to them three times (a value burger, onion rings, and chicken fries) and they somehow still messed up all three items and charged me for extra items i didnt order. Wont be going back ♂️

We waited at the register for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. When we finally asked for service, the manager said to the worker “just leave them”, because they had drive through orders to get out. …But we were there waiting for someone to take our order long before the drive thru orders were placed. There was only one car in line at the drive through when we walked in. And the lobby was empty with the exception of two people who appeared to be disadvantaged and were not ordering anything.
Contrary to their slogan, we definitely weren’t treated like royalty, and came to learn that the “You Rule” idiom is obviously just a lie. At least at that location.

Absolute joke, don’t eat here. Employees ignore you, the manager is too busy running her mouth to take your order, and they mess your order up when they do. Just walked out because nobody was at the front counter and the one employee I did see completely ignored me when I said hello.

I wanted to eat here but needed to pee really bad I asked to use the restroom. Sir told me I needed to be a customer where I responded with yes, I would like to eat here but need to pee before I order my food? And he proceeded to tell me I still could not because I had not purchased anything yet…I had just entered the establishment, I was not loitering before hand and genuinely wanted to eat here, I was hungy, just also needed to pee…the fact that you lock up the bathrooms like this is insane and bordering illegal, but even as a customer who wanted to actually eat here and was still denied the bathroom of all things?? So much for customer service

This location has been pretty decent the last few times I’ve gone.
Update: went back and the service was excellent. I got the chicken sandwich. Although the flavor was good, they use that cheap rubbery chicken. So, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Needed to use the restroom before placing an order for ice cream. Was forced to place order first and take my ice cream in the bathroom with me. Absolutely absurd. Also would like to point out that forcing people to order first and take their food in the bathroom with them should be a violation of health code
