Awful. I had been driving 15 hours and arrived in Newport News late. Needed to grab some food but when I showed up, the drive thru was completely blocked off. So I walked in to the restaurant (the door was completely open). The cashier gets very upset that I walked in and asks me how I got in. All this while both the restaurant and drive thru were supposed to be open (prior to 0200). Will never return to this place again

Today was the last straw for me. Not only are they rude but they can’t get orders right. Today November 7th around 12:25 pm the girl taking orders in the drive through already sound like she didn’t want to be there the way she talking. How hard is it to get the $5 bag accurate. Didn’t get the sauce I asked for and didn’t get a jr bacon cheeseburger. There was an older lady at the window who was nice and sometimes it’s a heavy set black guy at the window that’s nice but all the other younger people need to dismiss the attitudes. If you don’t want to work then go home because without customers you’re not needed.

We walked in, and the young lady at the register wad on her phone. It was so bad that I thought she was leaving her shift. My husband and I with our son stood there for probably 3 minutes before we were even greeted. Their new ghost pepper sandwich is no different than their classic spicy sandwich. We asked for extra sauce she looked at us like we were greedy AF for asking for extra sauce. We had a 4 hour drive home so we just delt with it and left. The atmosphere was very nice as it was updated. I guess they don’t have the side salad option anymore.

I had the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag while my friend ordered the 4 for $4. They come with your choice of entree, french fries, chicken nuggets, sauce, and a drink. All of this without breaking the piggy bank. You can’t beat it.

If no one says thank yall. Thank you. I went in there and watched a customer be literally rude to them in the drive thru but their service remained consistent. They are a very busy establishment and I applaud them for staying consistent and patient. Will revisit soon. Great job guys

The Wendy’s at glouster point is awful. The drink machine drinks are bland taste, the burgers are plain; like making a cold cut sandwich with just a splat of mustard and ketsup, the lettus is any part of the lettuce, the tea is super sweet and the sandwich is really wet. All that bread and a tinny burger hidden in the bun. The employees are talking, laughing and playing all the time; they do not notice people standing at the counter waiting to order. You have to call out for some one to notice you. They are on their cell phone, with their backs turned from the counter. That Wendy’s will not last that way. I have heard people say they won’t go back there; now I see why.

Reviews were right. This Wendy’s is VERY stingy with the fries. My large barely had any peeking about the cut down portion of the front. Rude service. Not busy at all, but still wanted me to pull to the mobile spot because everyone behind the counter was on their phones. Now I sound like an old person, thanks kids.

The drive through line was very slow. Literally not moving. I called inside to see what was going on and was told they had a lot of mobile orders that they were processing. The food was delicious as always but the delay is unexceptable.
