I’ve been having burgers and fries from fastfood place for over two decades and rarely surprised by how good it is, but yesterday whopper jr. tasted better than usual and fries were very crispy. Kudos to whoever worked on Tuesday night 10/21/2025

I’ve been meaning to mention what a great worker she is. I’ve never seen no attitude in her she’s kind polite it helps run the store really neat I’m grateful for her because she knows tip top shape. I’d give her a 100 thumbs up if I have that many fingers

They messed up my order forgot the 2 fries that comes with the meal deal we did. The SpongeBob kids meals i order the burgers weren’t on the special bun like they were supposed to then didn’t do the halvsies for 1 of them. The quality of the food wasn’t what i expected it was all poorly made ever burger was smooshed even the kids meal burgers too. I tried calling several times no one answered and it was not busy at all like nobody was there, the parking lot was empty. So they can’t say they were busy. We spent a lot of money feeding a family of 5 we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth!!!!

This is a first. We ordered one of those $17 family bundles from this restaurant, and received three whoppers and the rest. Later checked the whoppers and one of them seems to have a bite mark. Keep in mind, this burger was unopened and saved for later, so we didn’t know about this until we checked.
Again, this is unacceptable and should have never happened. If you wish your burgers to have bite marks in them before you even eat them, this is the place.

Old breakfast lady needs to find a new job. She has obviously checked out. Couldn’t explain to me what a mix n match is when I asked she just started ringing it up, so I had to tell her to explain what it is. Then she didn’t ask what meat I wanted on there and told me to pull through. I had a feeling it would come with sausage which I hate, so I asked if I could get ham on those sandwiches. She scoffed, grabbed the bag and walked away. Gave me the new bag and what do I discover? Sausage. And it is cold. Sweet.

I don’t know what it is about this Burger King, anytime I order anything with a special request either no mayo no tomato they always mess it up. Well tonight I walked in and the lady looked right at me walked away without saying a word. I stood in the lobby for around 5 minutes, doing the polite cough cough thing to get someone’s attention. Finally had to say hello is anyone working and peek my head around the corner to actually get someone to acknowledge me. Once I did get someone’s attention they came out from the back, didn’t say a word. No hello, Hi how are you doing. It felt like “how dare I asked you to do your job”. I ordered my food and double checked that she had it the correct way.
I figured with the passive aggressive response that it was. It was correct on the receipt. However when I get home and of course both of my sandwich we’re not made the way I requested them. Okay fine I mean I could have delt with that. What I can’t deal with is the brown lettuce that looks like it was picked up off the floor. I mean just look at how Brown this it is, just turned my stomach. Guess im just going to toss it in the trash and I have a bowl of cereal. I tries calling them to tell them, and see if it could be replaced. What a joke. Tried to call four times and the phone just rang and rang and rang and then sounded like someone picked it up and hung up without saying anything. Looks like I’m going to have to start driving miles away to make sure I, how do they say… ” Have it my way” and get freash food. Instead of going 0.2 miles from my house. Also please understand if this was a one-time thing, sure benefit of the doubt but it’s every time I go there. Judging by the other comments I’m pretty sure I won’t hear anything about it.

I ordered a Whopper Jr and it was not good. The meat and toppings were not fresh. Disappointing. I come here frequently and all the other times the sandwich was fresh. I haven’t been back since.

Fabulous customer services the drive thru workers are awesome , I have watch the drive thru workers get the food out always fresh and workers always have smiles on there faces . I would recommend this Burger King above most ..very clean environment and places is always have good energy
