First and foremost, my Whopper was really good. However, I’ve got to be honest. The service at this location is horrible. I was the only car in the drive-thru and I sat waiting for almost six minutes before anyone greeted me. The lady who handled my transaction was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

We hadnt been here in quite awhile, but drove through yesterday at lunch and got the 2 for Whopper deal. They were really good! The buns were fresh, the burgers bigger than I remembered, great grilled beef, fresh toppings, wrapped nicely, and the service was great. We were very pleased.

Ordered thru the drive thru and was greeted and received service instantly and had my meal in my hands in a minute. The woman in the drive thru was pleasant. Hot and fresh fries. My issue is the burger. Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and No bun. I had a 2 pinky length pieces of super skinny bacon and 2 Patties smaller than the diameter of a ketchup packet. And it was warm at best

This store is one of the worst!. Its never busy! Been here a few times now and hoped it would be better but wasn’t. Today we went and waited over 10 min while they ignored us. When we were finally able to order we were told we wouldn’t be able to get half of what we were ordering. Snobby manager who was taking the order. So then tried to order the half we could get and she walked off and said some snarky remark because I put the money on the counter. Save yourself time and go down the road to the other one!

Andrea the so called manager gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in a while. Not only was my order cold, she charged me twice stating that it was the p.o.s. system instead of hearing my concern and seeing that the money was already taken she continued to talk over me and refused to let get a word in. Told me to come back in the morning to talk to the big boss. I don’t know if this is how burger king trains their managers if it is corporate needs to come in and fix this behavior. Been to this location many of times never had a problem tell this evening when an ignorant employee took my order 3 differnt times to finally get it right. After was verbally abusive to my 60yr old mother and when I finally got my food and the drive through window slammed in our faces. I opened my sandwich to find it burnt to a crisp. Poor work ethic and morals. Picture will be added as well. I would give it zero stars if it would get this seen. Some people are just not cut out for the world of customer service!!!
