Food has always been great. We reserved the back room w a non refundable deposit of $75 which is ok, but the service was not good. We had the room from 11am to 2pm and asked that everyone be served at 11:30. Some people didn’t get their food until 1pm. Some wanted more tacos or enchiladas and our guests got a little frustrated and just gave up on asking for food because they had to leave. If they knew ahead of time that we were expecting close to 40 people, then they should have been ready with plenty of food prepared. Please train the ladies up front receiving deposit or answering the phone, they don’t know how many people fit in the back private room and were trying to tell us that they can sit anyone back there with us. We reserved and were charged for it to be private. Amazing food though, thank you.

The constant flowing customer traffic shows what a popular spot this is in NE El Paso. Friendly, attentive staff welcome you and promptly take your beverage order and bring warm chips and salsa to the table. The menu is vast and everyone can find something to their liking. Authentic Mexican food that represents this area. The tacos reminded me of my grandmother’s. Crispy taco shells with delicious levels of flavor filling. Caldo de res was superb..filled with generous ingredients, flavor and perfectly spiced. The flour tortillas did not taste homemade and seemed mismatched with the other items ordered. The pricing is beyond reasonable for the quality and serving size received. The humble establishment’s staff makes this an enjoyable experience. Definitely a “must” place to eat.

This was my go-to place when I lived in El Paso (2008-2010). I recently stopped in while traveling down I-10 and was so happy to see that it is still as wonderful as ever. The refired beans are the best I have ever had. I used to just get a bowl of the beans and chips as a starter. The Chile Relleno is just a work of art, for something so simple, it is so amazing.
I still have co-workers who go TDY to Ft Bliss and I tell them all to visit Casita Linda. They all are happy they stopped in.

This restaurant in Northeast is a hidden gem. The food is so good and the service was great. I had the Chile con queso chicken and it was yummy. Not to spicy but just enough chile to give the food a flavorful combination of cheese and chile. Highly recommend but it’s super busy at lunch but totally worth the wait

A place we frequently go. However, over the last few years I’ve seen prices increase but increasingly stingy on the portions. Tonites dinner. I’m lucky to have 1/2 cup of beans and rice. You no longer get toppings with the “to go” dishes like lettuce or tomatos. Very disappointing.

I was shocked to see a male employee dip his hands into the tostada bin to fill a bowl; he should have used a spoon ladle like I witnessed a female staff do. Also, the portions were very small and don’t think I’ll return as this was the 2nd attempt to revisit the food. I recommend and will stick to Su Casa Restaurant on E. Yandell as this place is not worth the drive anymore.

Excellent choice. We were out of town from Austin and camping ⛺. I got the combination plate of Mole Enchilada, Tamale, and Taco. Delicious Mole!!

I’m gluten free and feel good as of now. Well see.

Free sopapillas with your plate is a great bonus for gluten eaters!!

I also ordered Flan as an appetizer.

The food was good as usual however, I wouldn’t recommend getting the guacamole not worth the money nothing extra in it just avocados lime and salt. The most disappointing thing was the service, we were visiting from Missouri and chose to eat at Casita Lindas since we loved eating there when we lived in El Paso for years. However, since we were traveling we didn’t want to have leftovers with no where to put them so we shared plates. The waitress was upset that we were sharing and barely talked to us after ordering and just tossed our food on the table without saying anything and in a rude manner. She had asked you’re not ordering anything else. We almost left but we had been anticipating eating there since we started our 15 hour journey. She got a little nicer towards the end but her body language was still filled with annoyance and she just dropped the stuff off and left. Passed us the check without asking if we were ready etc. It was sad especially during these times to be treated that way by a place we used to frequent. With so many options of places we wanted to eat while visiting I feel we could have had a better experience with similar food elsewhere. The gorditas at the clock are similar and are picadillo style with beef, potatoes and onions. It’s a good alternative option for a fried gorditas.

Feels like a family spot that has been there for ages. Chili con queso is very good, wife has the enchilada and taco plate and said it was great. My beef burrito was great as well.

We eat here every Wednesday night. I want to comment on the service. Leo always waits on our table and she is excellent. Very upbeat and friendly. Our orders are always correct and delivered promptly. I think the staff does a great job!
